Quite a busy starbucks. The coffee and hot chocolate was good but came served not very hot. All and all a pleasant experience.

It's a neat coffee shop, usually go here with my family as they can't seem to avoid going but I quite enjoying getting a Caramel Frap myself.

was very busy and there were not many staff on. we pre ordered drinks but still had to wait over 30 mins to get them. but drinks were what you expected

Needed a sit down out of the hour weather. The coffee is always amazing but also had the refreshers, and they were certainly very refreshing

Came into the shop with my family and was served by a young lad, I believe his name was James. He was very pleasant and took the time to talk to my two children asking what they were doing that day and suggested to my girls that they should have a 'Barbie' drink. They were so excited that he knew how to make this.
I shall be coming into this store again.

I don’t know who this lovely girl is that I spoke too, but what I wanted wasn’t in stock so she rang me to let me choose something else and offered me something additional free as goodwill - I said no, but the conversation and herself was so sweet and I got this on my delivery bag! Made my day whoever you are, amazing service 🫶🏼

Just wanted to say how lovely the person working today was. They had brown shorter hair, I didn’t catch her name ! They helped me with getting an earth day cup, and made sure I didn’t miss my train. And was just all round such a lovely smiley and helpful person. You really brightened my day. Thank you ❤️

Lady staff seems to be working alone and even though the place clearly needs someone to clean the tables she was extremely calm and friendly. There was 5 of us and the place was already busy. She's almost carrying the whole place on her own. Lovely made coffee for all of us. Thank you!
