We recently had a treat day for the staff and ordered large quantities of pizza � garlic knots and wedges. Mark at Papa Johns gave excellent customer service and made sure our delivery was on time, thanks Mark! Let me start by saying I wanted to give three and a half stars, the reasons for my rating are as follows:
The last time we ordered here it was hot and fresh, (I appreciate it was very busy), but this time that wasn't the case, however the pizza was still awesome, I ordered the chicken burger pizza, it could've been a bit more cheesy and it was a little bit dry but still awesome.
The cheesy jalapenos were beautiful, and went fantastically well with the special garlic, that dipping sauce is something else!
Lastly, the potato tots, I wasn't keen on at all, they were a bit undercooked and not really what I expected. Just offer chips Papa John's! We all love chips!

Ordered a large pizza and 2 sides for collection. Pizza was great, sides were good, and since I was waiting in the store for just under 10 minutes they gave me some free chicken wings, also great. The only problem is that it is a little expensive, but if you use the deals and coupons for it it's very reasonable considering it's good quality food.
We had an issue with the website not sending our order through. We called the store and they couldn't have been more helpful. Mark specifically made sure that he did everything he could to sort this out for us and was really polite. Sorted our food out and made everything as easy as possible. THANK YOU, MARK!!
Great pizza my only problem is when I went the young girl serving was talking very quiet to you and with all the fans going and the noise off the workers making the pizzas you couldn't hear her and u had to ask her again and even then she didn't raise hear voice its like she doesn't think u understand the question we can speak up
Brilliant pizza - large for an offer price of £7.99 which is about what it should be, normally much much more expensive which really is a bit ridiculous. Good customer service. Just don't ever give them your phone number. They'll text you for ever about pizza offers.
Tried it few times and can defiantly say better than dominos and much cheaper . Our favourite takeaway now
Very nice pizzas but this particular papa John's will almost guarantee to get your order wrong or forget a side and then won't re deliver it as a priority
