Visited McDonald's Willerby today. Exactly what a McDonald's should be. Easy to order, fast food, clean venue and good food. The only thing I don't like, and it's no reflection on the staff at this location, is the car park - it's stressful and crammed in.

Went to McDonald's Willerby recently and it seemed absolute chaos within the restaurant. Slow and not very friendly on ordering and appeared to be a flustered manager ready to blow at the 2nd window serving the food out to customers.

Who ever was serving last night a bit past 8pm at the voice/ money part made my day with his customer service and attitude 😄 and I wasn’t even having a bad day. Great to have someone with an upbeat attitude there for once 😄

All the staff was preparing orders inside the kitchen, nobody attending to customers (we were waiting 10min to take some napkins because there weren't outside)
The "paper fork" is.... ok, now it's all eco-friendly BUT you can't eat with that forks!, they bend when you try to use them!! (See the video).
On the other hand, the restaurant is well located with parking ;)

Went with a friend last night. Clearly understaffed as we waited 30 mins for our food. The lady who brought our food was super nice and apologetic (bless her!) and gave us free brownies! So the missing star is on the management team - consider additional resources and don't overwhelm your staff!
Also a pic of the wrap we ordered... Missing ingredients but we were in a good mood and actually found it quite amusing! Joked the two lonely chicken tenders were just like us - two knackered friends still pumped to see each other! 😝
