We love dropping in for a drink and a cake. Today was something different altogether. A lady was waiting in the queue. The waitress asked her if she wanted her usual. The lady ssaid she had forgotten her cup as she had just been to a funeral and started to cry. The waitress came round and gave her a hug. It was so lovely of her. She should be congratated and her kindness recognised.

Disappointed had cappuccino made with oat milk it was so sweet very disappointed. Had a cookie just sweet no flavour disappointed they use to be so good. Service still very good lovely polite helpful

Fabulous venue. Regular daily visitor to share in the coffee experience. Staff are very caring and treat you very personally. Polite and welcoming. Always full of chatting customers. A must morning or afternoon. Great selection of edibles too. Great for kids of all ages. Brian Spratt

Always slow service here. Front door was wedged open so it was cold, detracting from the little atmosphere it already has. Staff were very polite though.
