I'm in Hull for the month and was delighted to find a quality Indian restaurant close by. I dined in, the service was very friendly and I ordered some dishes recommended by the waiter. Generous portion size, full of flavour leaving me one happy customer.
An all round great evening.
From the start staff where super friendly and very attentive even the owner was going round the tables making sure everyone was happy.
Food was delicious π€€ good sized portions as well and a nice selection to choose from and all at a very reasonable price.
Drinks again a good selection from non-alcoholic cocktails and general soft drinks to loads of beers & wines to hot coffees and teas.
A very nicely decorated restaurant with a open kitchen so you can see the chef's cooking away, very clean and in these Covid-19 times well spaced out seating.
The only thing i don't understand is why this restaurant isn't more popular this was our first time eating there as we drive past the restaurant nearly every day and said we'll go but just didn't more fool us already booked for another meal in 2 weeks time, big big thumbs up for a wonderful night.
πππππ thanks for great night guy's
Amazing food, delicious and proper Indian taste! Good ambiance as well!
This place is excellent, my friends and myself seven in total turned up on the evening of 5th December. It is a very clean bright place, a young man welcomed us and seated us. We got a starter, various drinks and a bottle of house wine and we each had a main with 3 bowls of rice and a bread tray and two different naan breads between us, the sides recommended as being enough for 7. The cost was Β£136 which we thought was good value. The food was superb. I shall certainly go again.
Excellent! We had the fried fish and paneer and chicken kebab to start, nibbling on poppadoms and pickles. Then the number 1 main of tiger prawns with lamb and spinach with sides of garlic naan and mushroom rice, it was absolutely fab and great service!
Great people and great food. Reasonably priced casual dining. Enjoyed an early Saturday night meal with great service and tasty food. Will definitely return to try more of the menu.
This is the best Indian restaurant in town if you are looking for Indian food (not westernized Indian). The only place which serves whole wheat parathas and amazing desserts such as Gajar ka halwa, moong daal halwa and gulabjamun. Tried everything and all of it exceeded expectation. Will be visiting soon π
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. The best authentic Indian food I have tasted in Hull. Highly recommended.
