Taco Bell

The food was OK, I ordered the crispy chicken one, and, to be honest, I thought it was the MINI one, was so small :)) The chip's was OK. WC needs some cleaning, was disgusting and smelling, well, I can't blame the staff, they are bussy, orders inside/take away, I recommend hiring a proper cleaner in case they didn't and ask the customers to flash/clean after themselves not to ask staff for help (is a sign inside), I just imagine someone asking for help : "can I have some cleaning here please? " Staff from the kitchen/taking orders : " Sure, how can I help? " :)) I wish more people taking their trash from table and put them in the bin, is so easy to do, don't rely on staff to do it, they will be so busy taking/making orders, if you didn't work thid kind of job, you have no clue how stressful it is, and you got so little time to have a break...

Staff fantastic. Food was picked up, taken to our seat, and was already cold. Yes, it was a cold day but not this cold! The image did not match the food presentation. I know it's fast food, but still. Having been to tacobell in other countries, this was exciting to be close to home. But it needs a bit of a presentation, please. As like all the fast food outlets you're a cheap meal in the UK. Again staff were kind helpfull friendly informative. Place nice and clean. We will come back to see if it was just a bad night, not the standard!

Very quiet at 5pm, so service was fast. I like the variety of foods, also veggie options. Cheese and black bean wrap (simple or 7 layer) was nice, should have asked for extra topping black beans. Cheese is Kraft processed cheese, not my favourite. Main gripe about the place is that toilet floor was dirty, toilet seat only attached at one point, and no toilet paper - out of keeping with rest of the place
