Martin at the Hessle Road store in Hull was exceptionally helpful and also gave us a little lesson in the Greggs logo. Now we can tell a steak bake from a chicken bake with just one swift glance!

I do Love Greggs bakery, I me a who does, but there's a but.... As a regular user of Greggs, after a few days of using them the sandwiches become bland and boring so I've gone from using them every day to just 2days a week. The baguettes are tough as old boots imo and could do with being softer. I'd love to see a BLT here in sundried tomato bread and some different variety of sandwiches. Started to go to maxhouse now which is near this Greggs store as their sandwiches are not as bland and a huge variety. Don't let this review put you off Greggs as it is great and the new app with rewards is a great idea. Staff at this store are lovely, informative, friendly and go the extra mile. If its a now and again bakery your after, look no further.
