I've heard this place does the best vanilla slices. I will not be arguing with that. There was a long queue when I got there and definitely easy to see why. Staff were still friendly and helpful even in busy times
Food was amazing and the two women working were lovely, however the lad called Ryan was picking up cheese straws off of a baking tray with his bare hands and putting the back. Also picking up cookies with his bare hands, no hair net from Ryan either. Disgusting
Went there I was the only one there an no one wanted to serve me maybe because I’m black and they are racist but as soon as a white women came in how can I help you I advice no ethic people to go here as they will not treat you correctly I will never spend my money in any of their franchises

Asked me if I want a small or large roll, I went for large and got a bigger bun but same amount of sausages lol Cornish pasty was like dog food. Worst bakers I’ve been too. Should have went next door to Greggs. Asian guy that served me was useless too.
Nice food as always, never too busy. Plenty of options from picking from shelves, bakery, hot servery and cold drinks. I'm never disappointed
