We’ve had an opportunity to have our son’s Holly Communion at Cardinal Peppe Restaurant and all we can say it was great, from the food - fresh, tasty, authentic through the atmosphere - relaxed, friendly service- owner was constantly keep asking if everything is ok-and perfect spot, our children loved that place, and truly enjoyed (we could see that on their white shirts )very child friendly, outdoor space for toddlers and bigger children safe enough and spacious enough to have fun.
It is a lovely al fresco dining place, hidden gem in SW London. Highly recommend! Thank you Peppe and your team!

We came to this restaurant on Saturday the 7th of July from Liverpool, we walked in and were greeted by all the staff and taken to our table when again all staff came over and introduced themselves, we felt welcome straight away, we ordered drinks and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, we asked the owner Peppe if he could choose are food for us, the starter came and it was amazing, felt like we were in Italy all of my favourite foods from Sicily and then came the main course, no words to how amazing the food was, it was my mums 60th birthday and with coming from Liverpool I asked if they could sort me balloons and a cake, a home made Italian ice cream cake was made that day for us, my mum was so happy, I really can’t thank you all enough for such a beautiful evening, it was fantastic, I can’t wait to come again with the rest of the family, you all ended my mums 60th perfectly thank you Lucia and Elena xxx
We had a great mother's Day lunch here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly to our large group with young children. Food has a very homemade feel to it. The seafood tagliatelle was fantastic and so were the cocktails. Rissotto and steak dishes left much to be desired. Nonetheless - overall a good experience
Amazing little gem hidden away on Tudor Drive in North Kingston. We had the 1 metre pizzas, a couple of sides, and pasta. Everything was perfect. Probably one of the rare places in Richmond or Kingston that do traditional style pizzas of this size. Atmosphere was great, and staff were very polite and friendly, willing to help. He has good fish dishes on the menu, with Sicilian imported fish, something we will try next time. Highly recommended place for delightful Italian food at reasonable prices, I hope you'll enjoy the experience as much as we did.
"Peppe Restaurant” is a gem! The polpo, calamari, and pizza were superb. Our family had a memorable experience and plans to make it our go-to spot."
I was at Pepe's this evening, I must say this is a top quality Italian restaurant and the staff were very friendly! We were served by Ala and Ishan ( I hope I am not butchering their names) the food quality was spectacular and their house wine is a must try! Also their desert was amazing tirapistachio (tiramisu with piatachios) everything is made in house.
Highly recommended 10/10
Quite easily the very best Italian restaurant in the area if not in the Top 10 in London.
The food is always fresh, tasty and run with the familial feel of an owner-chef establishment.
Service is usually excellent and the atmosphere warm and welcoming, much like a visit to a good friends house.
I cannot rate the pizza highly enough.. it is perfect... but that is an injustice to all the other great dishes on offer too.
It is a little out of the way unless you're in the area but believe me, this is one of the places you do not want to miss.. a true hidden gem.
Booking is practically essential!
Just had a really lovely meal in the garden. I'd not sat there before, it's superb. Really nice food and excellent service.
Amazing sea food, friendly staff, the food is beautifully presented, big portions, delicious. I will be definitely back again soon!
I love the Italian music, spacious, can't wait for the warmer days to use the garden, also they have little shop with Italian goodies inside. Come and see for yourself, I guarantee you won't regret it. 🤩🤩
Great local Italian restaurant. We finally got around to try this place, after walking past it for months. Nice atmosphere in the garden, good service and lovely food. Mussels were fresh and tasty, pasta with shrimp delicious, but the tiramisu a bit disappointing. More like a cake, and I like it more wet and creamy. But that's a preference...will be back to try the pizza soon.
Have spoilt my elderly aunt who had just got back from hols in Sicily & she said the food was better than some she’d had out there - but also went to a kids party there & even the basic pizza was delicious (adults jostling with kids to have some 😋🤣) & eaten there many times with family & wife & kid & never disappointed- writing this makes me think we’ll probably be eating there v soon 😉
Spur of the moment decision to have lunch. All v easy and happy with table. Great menu. Both went for special mains and they were fabulous. Well exceeded the price expectations, you often pay for what you get in this world and in this cash the Sicilian Stew was exceptional. Also, even better, because Chef must have first misread order and provided the pasta slant on same theme! This was immediately rectified and, I had a lovely pasta dish to take home!! All excellent, appropriately attentive service and v smiley execution. We'll be back.
