The restaurant ticked all my boxes on the food, service and atmosphere front. My burger and truffle fries were delicious. The sun was a beautiful addition to our water front meal but I have to say, Ashley and Sam made it that extra special. They were both warm, welcoming, charming and made great food recommendations. My friend and I will definitely be returning.

Had an amazing evening at Haché Restaurant in Kingston. Food, ambience, decor and service is on point. The staff are extremely friendly especially Julia who was exceptional. Julia also made excellent recommendations on food and drink, which we highly enjoyed. Chefs are impressive to watch in the open kitchen. Would highly recommend!

We went to the brasserie for lunch and we were 3 plus an infant . Given the outside seats can’t be directly reserved and the day was nice there wasn’t a table there but Julia (the person who assisted us) temporarily placed us inside and looked out an outside table to get free. We were transferred outside in 15 mins and really enjoyed both the food and the service . Julia was always attentive and proactive and when one of our dessert was a little late she immediately chased it for us without the need to ask. Small details that made our stay enjoyable and , together with the nice location on river Thames and the very nice burgers we had, will make us come back for sure in the near future ! Totally recommended

Had a lovely lunch with my family here. Our waitress made it particularly special, I’ve not had service like this in a restaurant in years - she had us all in fits of laughter and had the most friendly persona, despite the busyness of the restaurant, a true testament to your company. The food was lovely and the music was perfect addition to the atmosphere. Thank you Vicky for looking after us.

We came to this brasserie to enjoy dinner, and it definitely surpassed our expectations. The staff was lovely and extremely amiable - always with big smiles on their faces, ready to provide any help we might need. The food was just scrumptious. Especially when combined with the complimentary wine. What made the overall experience even more amazing was the spectacular view of the river. It was truly captivating. Honestly, our night was perfect and we are really looking forward to coming back to this brasserie for the next occasion.

Staff were very accommodating - we moved three times before we were all happy and the staff couldn’t have been more patient! Celebrating our friend’s birthday we were given a complimentary birthday shot! All our burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly to all our preferences. I had the Malibu chicken and I can highly recommend. A few of us were a little bit disappointed with our happy hour cocktails but once again we were looked after incredibly well by our server Oscar - he was patient and polite with a great sense of humour. He’s a great asset to the restaurant and the serving team.
