Still a good place to have coffee and a slice if a cake, but personally I prefer what it used to be in terms of the selection and quality of cakes on offer before this whole "going bust and under new management" business i.e.what it used to be 3 years ago.

We had an afternoon tea as a family and was very,very impressed by the quality of the food and the teas. Yes, maybe the place itself is a bit bare, but in terms of what you get as an afternoon tea it sits on a par with far mroe expensive places, at a fraction of the cost. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will return for sure

Would highly recommend for breakfast and coffee. The cooked breakfasts and pancakes here are wonderful. Coffee here is very nice and always served quickly. Staff are friendly although I do think they are understaffed, as there can sometimes be a wait to order. The cakes are very tasty and are always a nice treat to take back for people. Cake personalisation is available here too.

Amazing value for the cake we designed on the website. The cakes are delicious and are perfect celebration cakes. my daughter was speechless at her birthday cake and said that she definitely wants another one! Thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience.
