I have been a regular customer at this branch for the last few years and there have been ups and downs in the food/service quality and the atmosphere especially after the introduction of the subscription scheme. That said, things have recently been improving a lot and settled down a lot, and I have been re-enjoying Pret. - The staff members are very friendly to in general. - The location is good as it very close to the Kingston shopping centre including Bentall. - There are many seats on both floors. - The coffee is great and the quality is coming back :) I only wish they used whole milk as well as skimmed and semi-skimmed ones. - There are also some golden spots where you can enjoy lots of sunshines especially on the ground floor. - As of 18 Aug 2023, there is an icecream shop just outside the store :)

Personally I didn't like the mocha much... But the vibe is pretty great
