I've been coming to Starbucks for the last 6 years. People that work here are fantastic and lovely but in the last few months since the new manager has taken over I've never known so many people resign and leave, the way she speaks to the employees is absolutely disgusting and rude infront of customers. She's unapproachable and many products aren't available regularly they even run out of milk most days. I've seen lots of regular customers leave due to the atmosphere she creates and the way she treats her staff. In my opinion she's very bad for Starbucks image, she hasn't got any management or people skills. All the staff that work and worked in here were absolutely wonderful and I wish they never left

Staff are always friendly. Never have had a bad experience at this starbucks. Drinks never take too long to make and the vegan sandwich is delicious.

I love this Starbucks, the staff here are super friendly and always happy to recommend me new drinks to try. Sometimes it can be a bit of a hussle and bussle (this location is quite popular) but they always handle things fantastically. The drinks are great and come out pretty quickly in my opinion. It's definitely worth a stop in to grab a coffee.

lovely little shop. merchandise is well presented, staff are friendly and on top of cleaning work station but shop floor couldve done with a sweep and clean. prices aren’t much different outside of london so this is good to see. not much more you need from a Starbucks ☺️recommend ✅

Starbucks does such nice coffee, super clean and friendly staff. My 5 year old always asks for a babychino with cream and choco, they are so welcoming to her.
