The food is typical American in my opinion, big portions, not the best quality but edible, the desserts are delicious if there's room for them although they can be overly sweet and I never have more than a few bites. What I think tgi should get more recognition for is their cocktails, especially if the bartenders put on a bit of a show.

Went there today to have lunch . Place was very quiet , only two or three tables were taken .
Although , girl who served us was full of energy and very friendly . Enjoyed her as my server .
Food was made exactly as expected ...

Went to the restaurant today (Saturday) and it was a very pleasant experience! The atmosphere of was lovely and the service was excellent. The food was yummy. She A great experience overall and I would highly recommend the restaurant! Will definitely go back!
decided going to this restaurant for our Valentine. Amazing cocktail and full rack rib with delicious JD's sauce. I will be back soon to try the steak !
This was the first ever TGI Friday id  been to, and since then i've had a bad experience in the one in Stratford so i thought id tell you about a good experience.
Girls night out started in TGI Friday, the staff were welcoming, funny, and our waiter was nice and helpful, and he offered to take our picture as well as take pictures with us. I also noticed the banter between the staff which was great because their energy was catchy!
The restaurant was big, clean and typical American (wooden decoration), as typical TGI's it was on the darker side although unlike the one in Stratford it wasn't uncomfortable (you didn't feel as if you needed to use your torch on your phone!)Â
I loved my food, i chose a burger though i'm not sure which one it was as it was the waiters recommendation, but it was truly yummy, i only wish i remembered what it was!
A fantastic night with great food, and even left with some left overs for the next day! :P
Great place to eat, especially on a Friday (haha, how ironic!). They have really good food for reasonable prices.
I enjoyed the Jack Daniel’s chicken the last time I went which was surprisingly much better than I expected. However, the portions are fairly small. They have a bar so you can enjoy range of drinks they on offer. We were seated fairly quickly upon arrival which was great and the employees were nice.
Moreover, they had great customer service to match with great food. Highly recommended!
Lovely experience good portion of food and the service was okay. Definitely recommended the TGI fridays if you wanna try something different,and the dessert are really good to share
Lovely experience as always. The cocktails are lovely, as are the desserts. We came in and had starters and desserts and the staff were very accommodating.
Awesome medium rare steak. A little bit slow service although enough staff. But definitely recommend

First visit here and we had a great night. The service was excellent - our waitress was friendly, quick and efficient. Got our meals out fast and it all tasted great. Very pleased. The restaurant itself was also clean and tidy.

The food was absolutely perfect from the duck fajitas to the double glazed rack of ribs to the chicken dishes.

I love this place. I can recommend the Boneless Hot Wings. I love these so much that I have started to make them at home using the same sauce they use. Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Atmosphere is great and the service is very good. Had a problem with the dessert which they sorted straight away. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I visited London for the first time 2 months ago and we had a lunch break here. The food was great, but it was a bit small compared to the pictures. The one girl working there was awesome, pretty, smart, absolutely nice and responsible for the great customer service ♡ we enjoyed our stay here and i have to say, i visited some restaurants in the states and this one here has a great american flair.
This is a chain restaurant so you know what to expect, and you recieve it. I feel their theme is more important to them than great service as we were left waiting on a number of occations, and the table next to us gave up and went to the bar to order. However food is good quality and is as you would expect from any branch.
Depending on what you get, I find some of the food pretty hit and miss, with food temperatures not being great.
However, the blacken chicken fajitas rock and are amazing.
I frequent the staines branch, and haven't had a bad experience here yet. Staff are friendly and attentive. Recommended. ( Staines branch)
