BEST customer service EVER!
The food was absolutely perfect from the duck fajitas to the double glazed rack of ribs to the chicken dishes.
Liam, our host was worth his weight in gold.

This was our first time visiting here and it was absolutely fantastic. Laura was our waitress and she didn’t miss a beat nothing was too much for her and her smile was genuine. Thank you Laura for making our visit an enjoyable one. Food was amazing too and on point!

I visited London for the first time 2 months ago and we had a lunch break here. The food was great, but it was a bit small compared to the pictures. The one girl working there was awesome, pretty, smart, absolutely nice and responsible for the great customer service ♡ we enjoyed our stay here and i have to say, i visited some restaurants in the states and this one here has a great american flair.

Depending on what you get, I find some of the food pretty hit and miss, with food temperatures not being great.
However, the blacken chicken fajitas rock and are amazing.
I frequent the staines branch, and haven't had a bad experience here yet. Staff are friendly and attentive. Recommended. ( Staines branch)

I love this place. I can recommend the Boneless Hot Wings. I love these so much that I have started to make them at home using the same sauce they use. Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Atmosphere is great and the service is very good. Had a problem with the dessert which they sorted straight away. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is a chain restaurant so you know what to expect, and you recieve it. I feel their theme is more important to them than great service as we were left waiting on a number of occations, and the table next to us gave up and went to the bar to order. However food is good quality and is as you would expect from any branch.

First visit here and we had a great night. The service was excellent - our waitress was friendly, quick and efficient. Got our meals out fast and it all tasted great. Very pleased. The restaurant itself was also clean and tidy.
