The manager and the staff are one of the nicest people inside. I got a cappuccino , sausage roll and chocolate doughnut. I accidentally spilled the coffee and they gave me the whole order new. I loved them. They're the best

Had stopped for a quick lunch. We sat outside but witnessed how hard the only employee behind the counter dealt with the lunchtime crowd. He was so efficient and people didn’t have to wait long at all. He definitely deserved praise for the way he works and definitely needs the recognition from the company. Great tasting fast food. Gregg's is a place I always look forward to whenever I'm in town.
Only one star removed because the only available table was completely covered in somebody else's leftover meal. Tissues,food,drinks. It is reasonable to expect the staff to maintain a clean environment for customers, but it is also reasonable to expect customers to not leave their mess around for others to take care of.
Five stars removed if I could rate the customer and four given back because it isn't the shop staff fault that the previous customer is inconsiderate.
I would go back to this spot for sure. Try the Vegan sausage rolls.

Great Vegan sausage rolls. Price already gone up twice though, let's hope they keep them affordable in today's hard times for working-class people. Staff attitude is generally very good (just had a couple of exceptions).

I have always seen Greggs around every corner but foolishly I would walk past it.
Recently my dear friend ( Big R) a veteran Greggs consumer have informed me about Greggs and precisely the veggie and the yum yum.
Needless to say this is a new chapter of my life now. I wish I ate from Greggs earlier but better late than never.

Excellent Greggs branch! Firstly, the baguettes here were very soft as opposed to other Greggs branches who’s baguettes are rock hard sometimes! There was a great selection of products and due to how busy it gets (Mon-Fri Lunch times and Saturday and Sunday evenings) there is a quick turnaround and the Food is always hot and fresh. The Pizza’s are too die for! Honestly, Greggs Three Cheese Pizza is much better than Dominos Pizza when fresh! The customer service was excellent and the guy with the glasses who took my order was very friendly and professional. The branch is clean and fresh throughout!
