A wonderful afternoon spent at The Bishop on Sunday. Excellent communication from Ben who managed our booking and fantastic service from all the staff. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Thank you so much!

Had a lovely Sunday evening here with my partner as we both enjoyed an excellent roast dinner served by Bianca. She is an absolute credit to the Bishop, asking us how we were, before she took our order, as well as suggesting an excellent additional side and providing extra gravy without being asked. It was our first time eating here and it won't be the last, both due to the food and staff.

First time visiting, and although it was very busy, we were seated quickly. Staff were very attentive, and food arrived quickly and was delicious. Great choice on the menu, including children's. When we're back in the area again, we will definitely visit again!

Very nice pub on the Kingston riverfront. Service was quick and friendly, definitely worth a pop in if you’re in Kingston and particularly if along the river. There was live music outside (not part of the bishops offering) but it was a nice touch and added to the atmosphere of the evening

My husband and I come in today for lunch and could have stayed all day. The service from the staff was unmatched. Sophie the charming young lady at the bar was wonderful. Emily the another amazing server took our order from the table. Was incredibly informative about the menu, made my husband Alan and I feel right at home. Then our food was brought over by B, the attention to the table was perfect and the they made sure we had everything we needed. I had the beef pie and Alan had the bishop burger. Both were amazing, a beef bonanza. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to you all at the bishop for making our weekend.

Beautiful pub, the upstairs is really special with gorgeous views and definitely an amazing space for a party or event. It has its own bar and balcony too! The team are all very friendly and welcoming and the food is really good. There’s a lot more I want to try on the menu so will definitely be back very soon! :)

popped in today for what I thought would be a quick drink which quickly turned into Sunday dinner, which I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a drink some excellent food and great service, the pork belly and short rib were perfect especially with the added pigs in blankets and extra Yorkshire puddings! The staff couldn’t of been any more helpful with menu knowledge and recommendations. Checking back and being attentive was very much appreciated! will definitely be returning again to try more of what they have to offer! Thank you for an amazing lunch!

Excellent evening celebrating our wedding anniversary! Ben J was charming and helpful from the moment we sat down. He was very attentive throughout the evening! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had the grilled prawns, the brisket and pork chop which I all highly recommend.
The pub was recently refurbished and is very tastefully decorated. Thank you very much Bishop Team!

A wonderful pub along the river with a premium menu. Plenty of delicious vegan options including a Cauli steak. This was my second time trying one & it was definitely worth the money. With a wonderful view & friendly staff, it’s definitely one of Kingstons top pubs.

Great afternoon in the sun at The Bishop. Ordered the 'All In' between 3 and topped it up with a couple extra sides.
Definitely recommend the puddings, both the chocolate pot and the Baked Alaska were delicious.
Great atmosphere and the staff were all really friendly, offering recommendations and wandering around to take extra drink orders.
