The barista made a banging iced mocha for me. He really listened to what I did and didn't like (don't like cubed ice in my mocha or crushed ice but I like it cold, such a pain 😬😁) and didn't make a big deal about making it that way 😍. But it's gotta be said I can see why they still wearing masks here if they have to go anywhere near those toilets 🤮 they were grim and not what you'd expect when you paying nearly a fiver for a drink. So good drinks but the toilets, sorry singular toilet, needs sorting out ASAP...

My daughter and I come here a lot. We enjoy the upstairs area. They always have vegan whipped topping, too. A lot of Nero's don't have it made! The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Nero serves amazing coffee and the selection of all day food is also excellent. One of my favourite coffee chains in the world. This one in particular is quite close to Kingston High Street and Town Centre, so quite conveniently located if you are in this area.
