The food was quite average so I was a bit disappointed. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was nice. I don’t think it was worth it but it’s not a bad place to go to
So I've been here many times especially in my teens as it was a cheap place with more variety. The staff are friendly although when it gets busy you can sense that they are overworked and should have more people on duty. Regarding the food, it is good food, they have a variety of options available, very delicious appetisers and desserts too. It's a lively place with loud music, and colourful decor. For the price the quality is good.
Frankie & Benny's is generally good. The food at this particular restaurant is enjoyable: I had some great ribs from here, with lots of super-sweet BBQ sauce. On a separate occasion, I ordered garlic bead to start, and a pizza for my main. When the starter came out, I thought it was the main. Turns out Frankie & Benny's garlic bread is basically a pizza base with a garlic mixture on top. Probably looked to everyone else like I was eating pizza after pizza after pizza. Still, very enjoyable.
Some of the service I've had at F&B's has been utterly perfect. Some hasn't. It seems a bit hit-and-miss in this area.
I like the 50s decor and style of the layout - it's something a bit different.

I went here with my partner for a casual anniversary meal. We both ordered a burger and chips, which was nice, no complaints. We loved your cocktail menu, a cocktail is about a fiver or you can get upgrade to pitcher for about £13. There was at least 10 different cocktails to choose from and every one we had was really nice and was difficult to decide on which one we wanted next!
The atmosphere is welcoming and their menu has something for everyone, they have even introduced vegan options! The staff were friendly too. Thanks for a pleasant experience!
We like this place! Their breakfasts are excellent, and exceptionally good value if a Tastecard is used. But. Their milkshakes are way too pricey. They halved the glass size last year, but kept the same price. Go figure.

My fiancé and I frequently visit this restaurant in particular even though its a bit far from where we live, because it's worth it.
Staff are always friendly and polite, offering assistance whenever they are able to. One of the servers in particular, I believe his name is Chris, was exceptional. Took our drinks order before we even got seated as its a particularly hot day, and checked on us repeatedly. Even had a bit of a laugh with him! The servers never disappoint.
Our order was: mozzarella sticks and potato skins as starters, which were piping hot and delicious; mains were spaghetti pomodoro and a wrapped hot dog which came very quickly after our starters had been finished, served with a smile and tasted wonderful. The spaghetti was hot, with plenty of sauce - not greasy like other places I've been to - though I would have preferred a little more mozzarella, but I'm a sucker for cheese! The hot dog was delicious, cooked perfectly and the fries that were with it were delightfully crispy.
My only regret is that on my most recent visit I didn't have more cash on me for a tip, as I would have liked to give Chris much more than I was able to. Will make it up to him next time!

First time in one of these restaurants. The service was very fast and friendly. I ordered one of the vegan burgers, which I have heard about. It was very filling, and tasted good. It's great that they have a few vegan options. I would definitely go back in the future.
Was greeted at the door, found a sit suitable for us, sat down looked at the menu. Waiter Karl waited long enough for us to find what we wanted and recommended what to eat after myself asking. Nothing was to much trouble for him as myself and my bestfriend can be fussy. He was very attentive to our needs and friendly to talk to. Made us feel very welcome. He was very well dressed, upon askimg for a manager to express my compliments to the service and the chef, i found out waiter Karl is the manager of the store. The atmosphere was good for first thing in the morning.
We ordered a few different dishes to try and all of they were lovely. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly, sausages had that snap as you eat them. Harsh browns where lovely and crispy same the herby potatoes. All our food came out at the same time.
Waiters are really nice and polite. Food is served very fast. They have a great range of cocktails to choose from. Alcohol is a bit expensive in my opinion. Desserts especially the gooey chocolate cakes with fudge is a must try.

The food was delicious and customer service was amazing. Lovely and worm atmosphere, Pani was very helpful, friendly and polite, helped us to choose from the menu and it was an excellent choice. We enjoyed our evening and we will be definitely back soon.
I strongly recommend restaurant Frankie&Benny's. We enjoyed our hamburgers! The atmosphere is amazing, great music and we were welcomed by kind waitresses and waiters. Special shout out to Mario! Very positive guy and i'm looking forward to visiting the restaurant again :)
We had a lovely dinner at Frankie & Benny's the service was lovely and caring. Our pizza and our ice cream were delicious and one of the best, I've ever eaten in a resteraunt.
We loved it and we will coming back.
