This has always been a super place to support good coffee.Staff are always pleasant,helpful and fast when giving top rate service.I enjoy taking coffee ,tea and food there with friends.

Lovely atmosphere. Great place to sit and do some work or read a book with a nice cup of coffee. This cafe is located at the lowest level in Fenwick Bentalls. Super place for a mid-shopping coffee but badly understaffed. Staff are mostly very conscientious but stressed and tired. Come on, Caffe Nero - increase staffing by one person - you can do better than this!

Located on the lower ground floor of the bentalls centre it's a well known location with seasoned shoppers so it can get very busy at times but the staff are efficient so you don't have to wait to long to order, the seating can fill up so check before ordering if you don't want to have to take away your coffee.
