Super place for a mid-shopping coffee but badly understaffed. Staff are mostly very conscientious but stressed and tired. Come on, Caffe Nero - increase staffing by one person - you can do better than this!

Located on the lower ground floor of the bentalls centre it's a well known location with seasoned shoppers so it can get very busy at times but the staff are efficient so you don't have to wait to long to order, the seating can fill up so check before ordering if you don't want to have to take away your coffee.

I was waiting in Heathrow Airport to recieve my Friend Fiance. It was tasty Hot Chocolate with Cake we had there and good place to wait in Airport Arrivals.

Lovely atmosphere. Great place to sit and do some work or read a book with a nice cup of coffee.
This cafe is located at the lowest level in Fenwick Bentalls. It is near the suitcases and the home appliance/kitchen department.
