The food here was absolutely amazing, proper home cooked food (including the unbelievable chips). Would HIGHLY recommend the salt & pepper chicken. We'll definitely be back again soon.
Fantastic beer and food…. What more do you need..? Well…. a friendly atmosphere, great staff, quick service, plenty of choice in beer and food, and a feeling that you would go back again….. Good news…!! The Cottage has it all. Thanks to all the team.
What a lovely home cooked Sunday dinner with me not having to cook 🤗 All the staff were lovely and very accommodating as we were awkward and wanted to move table. I was a little devious about going here due to few negative reviews but please ignore… they’re always a Karen. We’re going back and that

Can't fault the food prices have gone up but cannot fault the service one of the few pubs that serves proper home cooked food
Nice friendly pub with good food. Could do with bigger selection of alcohol free beers but I enjoyed my birthday meal there.
Great breakfast today. We had the large breakfast priced at £5.95 wow, so much food! and cooked to perfection. Smaller portions can be bought for less. Highly recommend this place for breakfast.
Had a decent lunch on a Saturday with my mate, and the beer was very good. Was not too busy and had a nice atmosphere. Staff were helpful and cheerful.
