Brand new menu here it the Duke and it didn't disappoint, infact the meals were cooked to perfection and were absolutely spot on, good portions too. Keep up the good work Hannah and team.

Met two friends for a light lunch and reserved our table ahead in the tap room as my friends have a well behaved dog.
You can reserve In the Lounge area too where we have dined before all good rooms
The food was promptly served piping hot like homemade quality chicken and mushroom pie chips garden peas and lovely tasty gravy. Great choices on the reasonably priced menu. All three of us enjoyed our meals very much.

Proper local friendly pub with a really good range of quality beers and other falling down water's, outstanding home made food,really good atmosphere helped along by the fantastic patrons and staff, kids, dogs and Morris Dancers are all welcome, free music supplied from a iPad on the wall (bring your own five year old to operate it if required) all are welcome to pop there favourite tunes on, live music once a month, Sky and BT Sports with Bar Billiards, Darts board, Skittles, Quiz night, Open the Box, Sticky 13's and other prize winning games to boot... chilling, I always feel calm and right at home. The staff have became friends and
the landlady cannot do enough to make your visit welcoming , just feel as though we have an extended family.
