Went for a bar meal during the day. Lovely home cooked steak pie. Took an elderly person and they had the pensioners special which is great value. Home made lasagne which they enjoyed. Friendly place.

The bar was only stocked with the essentials like beer, whisky, vodka and bacardi. There were no cocktails on offer or wine options that I could see.

Very nice pub, staff are very friendly. A nice simple menu, food is good and the sticky toffee pudding is amazing. Prices are great especially if your having a family meal out.
