During my visit I managed to drop my food which was replaced. And then left my wallet. The staff had put my wallet in a safe place. I tried to leave some money for the girl’s kindness but it’s not company policy to accept gifts. This will now go to charity. Thanks again for all your help
Thank you so much to Greggs staff Karen and Yvonne for helping me with the app. Made a big difference to my kids day I was able to get them a hot chocolate. Very kind and considerate staff
Very biege food ! pastry is too thick so hard to taste the fillings. The potato wedges were ok but not great, I think they had been sitting there too long. Greggs always seems busy so not sure why when the food is not wow! ? must be just because it is quite cheap.
Can get very busy due to its location in the retail park. Although it's one of the larger Greggs there can be considerable queues, especially at breakfast time. My breakfast roll had all the sauce on just one side and most of it on the serviette.
The staff were lovely. The food was lovely. However, the hygiene was very poor. There was food crumbs under the tables, some tables could of done with a clean, etc. It seems that they were more interested in getting the food out, that was …
