We had some fabulous soup at the cafe: broccoli and Stilton. Very pleasing atmosphere. Pleasant and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Fell on this place last Saturday, on a Knaresborough day out. Proprietor gave a warm greeting and was so accommodating- even changing the background music to a Northern Soul mix when we were admiring the relevant posters on walls. Food, coffee and ambience were all excellent. Just away from Knaresborough's main street, but really worth seeking out !

Stumbled across this place by accident. Built up a good appetite with a walk by the river and this place certainly did not disappoint. Food for the soul type place - limited but well curated menu : Brit fry up classics + pies. Cracking music - loads of Trojan, ska, that kind of thing - all great and nothing too heavy. Staff were really nice and friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. Lovely atmosphere and loads of interesting art and bits around was a feast for our eyes. Anyway thanks. Would highly recommend and it’s now my #1 choice for a day time bite and cuppa if I’m ever in Knaresborough.

Stopped here for breakfast last week. The owners were lovely. We all had full cooked breakfasts which were very tasty. My flat white was great and my daughter says her hot chocolate was delicious. Will stop again next time we are in the area. My husband and I are gluten free and they were very accommodating.

Just had a takeaway breakfast from here whilst away with the mrs for the weekend. This must be one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long while. We have been to some places and paid alot more for alot less flavour. They obviously care about the ingredients they use here, especially the sausages & the tomatoes where really good. The is one bad review in here which is total nonsense & makes you wonder their actual motives for writing such nonsense about such a good place. We look forward to coming back

Lovely food, very tasty and very friendly staff. I would definitely reccomend a visit if you are in the area. Great home made soup and fantastic roast of the day as a sandwich.

A great little cafe, the menu is fairly basic but tasty and good value. Pleasant ambience and friendly service, in a good location in Knaresborough town centre.

Spot on breakfast! Lovely little cafe with a lot of personality. Very welcoming staff who did a great job while I was there, with a nervous toddler who wasn't sure what they wanted. Dog and dementia friendly. The standard bacon bap went to the next level with the addition of mushrooms and a fried egg. Very generous and well cooked mushrooms - tasty and juicy - and the bacon had a great flavour. Topped off with a good mug of Yorkshire tea and that was a great set up for a Sunday.
