Awesome!
Went here as a surprise birthday treat and was blown away. The starter was sublime, the steak was just perfection, unfortunately the desert wasn't as special as the other dishes - I've had better cheesecake elsewhere, which was a shame as I was really looking forward to the grand finale and it nearly made me leave 4* - but the former courses made up for that, and the staff were top drawer and very attentive and the night as a whole was excellent.
I can highly recommend and will be returning very soon, in fact we booked again for the following week 😉
We had a wonderful breakfast at Jacques to celebrate a 40th birthday. Such a gorgeous place which felt special, but not uptight or stuffy with it. The food was delicious as was the coffee. Service was a little slow but we were enjoying ourselves so it wasn't a big deal. (They also noticed the delay and did apologise to us) It's slightly more expensive, we spent £24 each on breakfast, but for a special occasion we all felt it was totally worth. I hope to visit again soon!
Fantastic meal to celebrate our Nana's birthday. Service was amazing, all of the staff were so wonderfully polite and attentive (they even gave our Nana a card and special desert which was a beautiful touch). Food was incredible, highly recommend the Beef Wellington for mains and Banana Souffle for desert. Overall just a really, really lovely evening. We'll definitely be visiting again!
Absolutely brilliant. Venue is smart, staff are friendly (in particular, our server Ellie was knowledgeable, charming, efficient and chatty). Then - the food - fantastic and flavoursome. We'll be back.
Have just had a wonderful afternoon tea delivered due to not going out. The quality of the food was exceptional and the presentation superb. Would recommend this to anyone who needs to celebrate but at this time cannot go out.

I thought that being gluten, dairy, nut & egg intolerant may present quite a challenge for a decent Afternoon Tea experience.

The service & attention to detail was first class.
The decor, tableware & ambience was also on point.
Worth EVERY penny & I would highly recommend this wonderful establishment.

Cooked very well. The duck breast main was slightly under seasoned but overall an excellent meal.
