I have been a customer of this friendly reasurant for over 20 years. The staff are always very warm, accomodating and friendly. The food has always been great so much so we use it for our takeaways as well. Don't be put off by not being able to see the restaurant as its down stairs the food is fab and a very warm welcome, just try it.
In the local area for the first time and came across this through Google reviews. It was a Monday evening so quiet. Service was friendly and efficient, and the food was top notch. Highly recommended.
First visit here, meal was excellent, poppadoms, shami kebab, chicken chom chom, north indian garlic chilli and 2 naan, large portions , loads of chicken quick and friendly service, definitely revisit when back in the area.
We had a lovely meal tonight at the Shamoli in Knutsford.
The staff were courteous and pleasant, the food was beautifully cooked and a class above most restaurants for Indian food -
Subtle and delicate flavours in the Dopiaza and the Dansak curries.
We'll certainly be back there on our next trip. Best to book in advance to avoid disappointment!
This was the first time we’ve been to this restaurant. We were very impressed, the food was faultless all three curry’s we ordered were amazing. I can see why this restaurant got an award. When we’re back in the area we will definitely be going back. The staff were very friendly and very smiley. Thank you.

Had been recommended to try …so first time visit tonight and the quality , the flavours, ambiance and friendliness and wonderful quantity we received was fantastic …highly recommended…you must try this little gem of a place .
Up date on my last review had the most tasty Sunday deal meal again and normally I’m a small eater but ate and thoroughly enjoyed all that was served to us.
Tha staff are so accommodating and so friendly and such a reasonable bill at the end and brought home enough for another meal.
Highly recommend Shamoli once again .
Popped in for evening meal, in area on business, small frontage, go down stairs to a lovely atmospheric restaurant, friendly guys, lots of choice, Try Akbori yum yum, best Indian food I've had, service is great, pricing, particularly for the area is very good. Will be back when I'm next over that way.
Stopped off in Knutsford as was on route through.and found this lovely gem of a restaurant. Clean well presented, very friendly staff and amazing food. I would highly recommend a visit.
It is one of the best curry experiences. It's really very good on all levels... if you've been, you know what I mean!!
