AMY a breath of fresh air in customer sevices ….thank you Amy ! We went here from essex for my aunties 80th birthday celebration. We had a buffet and stayed overnight. Location wise this pub is perfectly located as the train station is literally a 1 minute walk, one stop and you are in Knutsford a beautiful town with cafes / restaurants and boutique style shops , wonderful! Our service was impeccable from start to finish , reception greeting fantastic and bar staff especially AMY was just incredibly professional / courteous / helpful and much more … thank you Amy for all your help to make the 2 days stay special. The manager was fantastic as we had a puncture and he assisted with the help in getting us back on the road, again thank you. Suella again just fantastic! Thank you … By the way the sunday roast here is the best I’ve ever had so a massive compliments to the chef ! Absolutely fantastic food here …well done chef ! Beers wise again a very large selection , a massive pub with a massive garden to accommodate, excellent size for any situation. Overall unbelievably accommodating…simply cannot fault from start to finish ! Thank you to all … Wonderful

Fabulous place to stay. This was our second visit and we will be back again next year. We stayed here to go to the Coronation Street tour (30 to 49 minute drive away from Corrie and the Imperial War Museum which is ideal if you’d prefer to stay somewhere quiet and can drive). Warm, welcoming and safe environment. Plenty of parking including a machine for for electric car charging. 3 disabled parking spaces. Warm welcome and smiles from staff. Bedroom was neat, tidy and spacious. Walk in shower. Tea, coffee and a few biscuits provided upon arrival. Great food and a good variety of non gluten containing dishes (idea for those with intolerances but alert staff if you have an allergy). Good prices for most food. Good selection of drinks. Breakfast was good! A few options for breakfast including full breakfast (hot breakfast) as well as cereals, yoghurts, pastries, fruit, fruit juices, tea and coffee.
