Great little cafe with very good coffee and a nice selection of cakes. Pleasant seating area, relaxed and comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Love it, really nice cup of tea. A lovely scone and huge amounts of iced cream for the girls.
We've found a nice place to go when we want to have a treat.

Just nipped in for a drink on this occasion. Had a flat white and a milk shake. Flat white was pretty good decent flavour and a good temperature though not great milk texture and little latte art, have seen other people with better ones so might be just the staff member who did it wasn't very experienced. Still the best I've found in Lampeter by far.
Milk shake was nice but maybe a little sweet. Food menu looks really good will certainly come back and give it a try some time.

Stopped for a bite to eat and a coffee after traveling. Had a beautiful flat white (forgot to take a picture before I sipped it 🤦) and a delicious thick cut bacon roll! Staff were super friendly and took great pride in their work. Even took a cheeky couple of cakes to snack on after which were lush too!

A lovely little spot for a brunch - however the vegan choices are not what they used to be! I'm so sad there's no more vegan breakfast :(
Also I'm not sure that toasting a ciabatta should incur a £1 additional cost!

What a great little cafe! We spent the weekend in and around Lampeter and actually sampled the food and hospitality at both the cafes run by the team from Conti's.
The food is amazing with some highlights being their sausage rolls and freshly baked scones. Its not just great food though as the staff are also a real credit to the cafe, so please pass our thanks on to them. Very polite and professional with smiles on faces the whole time.
As for their ice cream, look no further than Conti's. I don't know what their secret is but more people need to know about it. How they make such creamy ice-cream with such beautiful flavours I'll never know but we will for sure be back.

Delicious food, the pancake stacks were amazing! The staff are all fantastic, really friendly and hard working. Tables are always cleaned between customers & contact details taken.

We bought some Conti ice-cream, and it was soooo good we went to Lampeter to find Conti's Cafe, we weren't disappointed!! The coffee was superb (we bought 2 bags (standard and decaf) to drink it at home!) the food delicious, the service excellent and the decor absolutely wonderful! We live 30 mins away so will definitely be back 😁👍

The cafe of my youth and even though much changed and of course much improved the ice cream is still the best ever. Try the avocado and smoked salmon!!! The food is beautiful and very good value. Go DDA teilu Contis.

Delicious flavour combos. Green machine smoothie is top notch. Lemon tarragon chicken is scrumptious. Great atmosphere, lovely staff.
