Sharon and I have been coming here for a few years now and it's one of our favourite Lancaster restaurants. Anita owns and cooks here and she puts her own fantastic twist on English and Mediterranean dishes.
Anita keeps the menu small but changes it on a regular basis so there's always something for everyone. Small warning for the unadventurous - all the food is delicious but if you only eat standard fare this great place might be 'too tasty' for you!

Fourth date night here (fifth if you include the Valentine's Day I spent with my dad) and still our favourite place to come.
The facts are: a varied and changing menu is appreciated, staff are always friendly (shoutout to Charlie!) and the bread bowl is artistic, is it not? Just heard two tables over appreciate aforementioned bread bowl a minute ago.
Another factual point, good place to come if you're in a rush because boom boom boom, the food is on the table.

One of, if not the best restaurants in Lancaster. The menu changes monthly and there's something for everyone. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate. Perfect for a pre theatre dinner or special occasion. Go. Enjoy. Then take your friends. Can't recommend highly enough.
