Love this place. I usually get there around 3 or 4 in the morning after I clean the bar. So it is early Tuesday and Wed. When I stop by there. I always get a young man with black hair. I dont know his name but if I owned that place, I would have made him a manager. Very customer orientated. Love this employee. Sometimes I stop in when I’m not hungry:) great service! Great food!

As far as fast food goes, Carl's is a solid choice, I'm not saying it will be exceptional. But a great place to grab a quick bite and most places will have the same stuff.

Got home with my order and it was wrong. The receipt read my order right. I called them and had to go back to the restaurant. I was given a refund. I suggested they should advise customers to check their bag before they drive off. The manager told me “I’m sure I read your order back to you and you didn’t say nothing”. I guess it’s my fault.

Every time I'm here, I get a positive experience. The people at the drive-thru are friendly and very accommodating. Only mistake they ever made was thru Doordash; my drink was tasteless, but other than that everything was great👍

Overpriced for a burger joint, plus they failed the western burger every time. And they really really short your fries. Sorry it's true. Do not waste your money or time or health

We have eaten there many times and tonight the fries as you can see from the photos, were barely enough to fill ONE large size fry box. And for the bill to be over $30!!! I want my fries worth. We asked for more and the girl didn’t even give us a second look and gave us a full medium size box of fries. Other than that the food was good. But fast food use to be cheap. What happened???

I give kudos to the staff here and security guards for that have to deal with after the sun goes down kudos to them. As the saying goes the creeps come out at night well this it's an epicenter right here creeps! LoL..
