I didn't know that I liked smoked BBQ tacos until I discovered them at Dickey's. These are now my favorite, over all combo plates offered. A nice serving of coleslaw over pulled pork, green onions and cheese over brisket and chicken. A very nice meal. Great staff at this location, as well as comfy.

The barbecue is still good but the sides are not as good as they used to be. The greens taste like vinegar and the bread was stale tasting. Overall it's not as good as it used to be.

We went yesterday, Super bowl Sunday! We had an absolutely horrible experience! Terribly long wait for overpriced, over salted food! We ordered 2 gumbo baked potatoes. The shrimp was not only overly salted they were old. They were hard/overcooked dry and SALTY! The kids meals were ridiculously little. The greens were weird! They had a heavy vinegary taste. We didn't receive any cornbread and the beans tasted like they were fresh from the can. My yams and macaroni were cold and overly salty like everything else was. I ordered a 3 meat plate and it's supposed to be "Texas" size, well yeah right I received half a chicken breasts and a hot link. So the price for an our "salt fest" was $119! Which isn't a problem if the food was worth it! Now let's discuss the customer service! When we got home and our guests and I started eating we immediately discovered this is WRONG! And it's SO much salt it's unhealthy to eat this we called. My husband spoke with someone and he said just bring the food back. So after the game we did. They told my Husband that they had to make a phone call and someone would be getting in touch with him. That didn't happen. The next morning (Monday morning) he called and spoke with a manager. This particular manager said she didn't understand why we weren't refunded our money Sunday night when we bought it back. She then went in to say that if she was to give the refund it would have her register come up short since the food wansnt served on her shift and she would have the General manager call us back. Well we got busy with the day and realized around 8pm that we never received a call back! So we call again! This particular person says he's sending a text message to the manager requesting that we get a call back! This whole situation is terrible! I wish I would have kept my mouth shut when we were discussing what we would be eating for our small super bowl gathering. We're out $120 and they could careless! They've done anything to reach out and attempt to fix the situation or even listen to our concerns! We'll never be back again! I don't recommend this Dickey's at all!!!!! Update! Today is Wednesday and I bought back all the food we had purchased. They remade it (after the manager on duty had to call another manager. And we had to drive back home to find the receipt and bring back) after we pleaded our case again. Two hours later we finally get home and eat and it was still nasty! #neverevereveragain Rib tips were very chewy like buble gum. Shrimp from potato was still very salty and we were missing items again! Guys save your time and money by NOT eating here!!!!

The service was awful. I mentioned to the young man about seeing them on Facebook. He never said anything. The young lady was very nice. I wanted collard greens because it's been years since I had them. I got to my other destination and tasted it and they were the nastiest collard greens I ever had. Not much flavor at all and were bitter. Never again will I go there again.

Food and service were good. Place was dirty in parts. Wall had stuff that was dripping down it the TV wasn't on and was really dirty also looked like someone had spit on it or threw something on it and covered in greasy fingerprints. Then the bathroom sink was about to fall off the wall. Really needs a good cleaning and some repairs.

Waited an hour for a order I placed online, the app lets you pick a pick up time where it claims your food will be ready. When i arrived therw was a long line of people waiting to order and a line at the register where there appeared to be a situation for not one but two different customers. A different customer was ahead of me in line, i was told to tell the cashier I was there so they could start my order, even though like I said I placed the order online and paid for a specific time to pick up. The ladies at the register where tended to for about 35 min, not once did anyone bother to move the situation to the side so that another worker could help those how needed to pay in line or like myself just needed to check in. The manager appeared here and there and i didn't see this man step into save his crew not once on the line, the young man working the line was the only employee who was trying his hardest to help every customer, ge acknowledged every customer waiting. Not one other employee asked anyone what they needed or acknowledged the wait nor did they acknowledge anyone who walked into the restaurant. I watched as two different customers entered and waited a good 10 min before walking out the door because no one even looked at them and acknowledged them or the wait. The two women at the cash register seemed rude, the man working the ñine told them that the peopl in line needed to pay or sign in for orders, some of which was sitting bagged for like I said 30min while the two women helped the three girls whith there situation which i still have no idea what the problem was. When the young man spoke up the one woman told him "well they all yave to wait". To be honest from what I saw like I said they could have moved to the side to handle that situation becthe register wasn't being used. This is the second time I've had a problem and had to wait for food for an hour. The management is poor, the employees have no customer service skills. I only commend the young man who was working hard on the line, he personally made sure the orders got out. The other employees kept disappearing, and were completely rude. Manager could care less about the restaurant. Food was ok, i had to ask for bbq sauce, my cups, we received no napkins or dinnerwear. Won't be returning. I was there 9/6/2020 at 4:10 through 5pm. So you know who was on shift that day. Get some new employees.
