Stopped here at 1130 on a Saturday, today, May 7th. After walking in to place a to go order. The lady, employee behind the counter went about doing a few other things instead of acknowledging my presence. Didn't mind because I was still searching for what I wanted. Finally came over, asked what I wanted. Asked her if they had grilled chicken, she said no. I said I will take a crispy with jalapeno cheddar pops. Took the order, took my money and walked away. Nothing said. She went in the back, argued a bit with her fellow coworkers. 10 minutes later, came back out threw my order in a bag. Set it on the counter without turning around or saying anything. I seriously had to laugh out loud at how rude and unprofessional she went out of her way to be. Then on top of this, as I'm driving and start to eat my food, it was cold. You could almost taste the grease hardening up. So Once I get home. I decided to contact the company on line to report the issue. The site was almost impossible to leave your complaint, and once you did, it offered you a code for a free whopper telling you that you can only have one whopper per household per month. I don't want a whopper and why do they think I would ever visit again after my experience today. They don't want to fix anything, they just want to toss a coin in the monkey grinders hat so the monkey will go away. They say that fast food will kill you, well if it doesn't, the service and response will be there to help finish you off by stressing you out to the point of beating yourself in the forehead with your first mumbling why over and over again. Do yourself a favor, Eat Tofu.

Getting better. Stopped going here for a long time because it got nasty. Just started going back recently because of the new management. Wasn't bad, but they were being sneaky and not wearing their masks and that makes me uncomfortable given the current situation. Food tasted better, but I still feel the buns aren't completely fresh. Please get that under control and I'll up my rating. Wear your masks.

Fast Food prices keep going up which I'm fine with if the quality stayed the same or got better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Service was terrible. There were only 3 employees working and 2 other customers in the building besides us. It took over 5 minutes to get our food and not to mention they got our order wrong. The place also was dirty. Never got our receipt either. Worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Just 6 months ago you got a nice size cheese burger for a 1.00. Now you get 3 bites and they just raised the prices again. People are struggling enough with how the world is. Now I can't even treat my children to a descent burger from your establishment anymore for the price it is. We will not pay it anymore. I will let my family and friends know. Which is like half of this town. What's going on with this world seriously. Everyone has to rip everyone off and make them feel as uncomfortable as they possibleibly can. Even the employee agreed the prices are ridiculous. How about that.
