The atmosphere was amazing, this was a last minute choice fancied something different, I felt we were on our own even though the restaurant was packed, the staff made everyone relaxed. I had garlic stuffed mushrooms they were beautiful, hubby had pate also beautiful ( I had to taste it!) then penne mascarpone with smoked salmon, all fresh. Hubby had rib eye steak it was the best he had in along time, (yes I did taste it!) and he's a farmer so very critical of meat! Only down side was I had to have pud! It was a beautiful tiramisu, ice cream for hubby a step too far for me! I will have the sorbet next time and don't care if I am stuffed would recommend this amazing restaurant, lovely food lovely staff 🌝
Went here today for Sunday lunch, two courses 10.95. We both had the potato skins followed by roast beef. The potato skins were plentiful with a large pot of creamy, garlic dip. The roast beef was tender and tasty. It came with a lumpless mash potato, turnip, roastie, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower and parsnips all cooked perfectly. The plate was topped off with a lovely, homemade Yorkshire pudding. The gravy was lovely and tasty made from the juices. The service is friendly, professional and attentive without being overbearing. Can't think of a single fault. They even provide fresh bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar before the starter. We had a bottle of house wine which was quite acceptable and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.
We came here yesterday for a family dinner as the Greek restaurant we normally go to was unexpectedly closed. My dad does not like change but this place was so great he embraced it. The food is really good, loads of choice and plenty for vegetarians - they also make adjustments (I had carbonara without meat). The staff are outstanding though, really attentive, nothing is a bother, really fast service even though it was busy. Will definitely come again.
Beautiful restaurant with quality staff that really adds to the feeling of being a proper night out. Delicious diner, large menu with lots of options.
This place is a little hidden gem. The staff couldn't be more attentive, chatty, and funny. They are great.
Wonderful selection on the menu and the Specials board and a fantastic wine list.
It has a great, warm, friendly atmosphere all around. The tables are well spaced, and it's well decorated. On street parking is available at the front and a car park to the side.
We've visited twice now and will certainly be back again.

Visiting in Lanchester and stopped in to this lovely restaurant. The warm atmosphere, good food, calamari starter and garlic king prawns followed by a lovely pizza. The service is impeccable and very friendly. I wish this restaurant a successful future. Thank you from both of us.
Super cosy restaurant where we stopped for a quick pizza on the way north. Great to find somewhere Killeen early evening and delighted to find nice linen and table settings and great service. Pizzas and salads were fresh and delicious and service was prompt which was what we needed as we were traveling on. Will definitely return when we have more time to sample the rest of the menu.

Latest update July'23 - another fabulous meal for us both, service remains exceptional as us the food. Scallops, with Chirizo and spinach starters then seafood risotto and ribeye on the bone, both cooked to perfection. We'll never tire of coming here whilst this the owners and staff are here!
Updated February 2023 - this lovely family friendly restaurant remains a firm favourite and the food is, as ever, amazing, with lovely fresh fish regularly on the specials board . The staff are absolutely wonderful and there is a wide range of wines to suit every taste and budget, including the recent addition of a fabulous organic wine.
Love this restaurant - food always great, lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff. Tonight we really enjoyed our fish platter 💕
