A nice small independent coffee shop. Good coffee and hot chocolate plus a good selection of cakes and pastries.

We were here on a Sunday morning and it was quite empty - which almost made us decide to move on. I'm glad we did end up going in. The coffee was magnificent. We both had an Americano - one black, one white (with oat milk) to take away. It was just right, really good, I say this as a coffee lover. I also had the white chocolate cookie and it was absolutely fabulous. We were offered cup sleeves, too, to make it easier to carry the coffee. It was a lovely experience, highly recommend this place!

A nice local coffee shop with a very relaxed feel.. It has both open seating & a couple of booths inside as well as front & rear outside seating as well.. A very good selection of drinks & bites to eat with very helpful & polite staff..
Definitely worth a stop here if you are in the local area...

Lovely friendly cafe with an amazing outside area. Lovely food and drinks, welcoming atmosphere. The Cleanest toilet I've been in despite it being outside!

Love this coffee shop. Me & my wife come here at weekends sometimes for a place to chill & I also pop in sometimes before work for a cheeky cappuccino. The owner is a legend and always offers a biscuit with your takeaway coffee. The food is also lovely too. Love supporting my local small business. Your doing a superb job

Always love coming here. Staff are polite and nice, and the coffee is gorgeous. Recommend the shortbread biscuits 👌 although the milkshakes have jumped up in price. Worth it as there is a great selection even though they have reduced it massively from what it was.

One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. About average price, better than Costa (sorry Costa). Lovely blonde lady serving, polite, friendly, nice smile. Keep up the good work you lot

Came here for lunch, had a lovely bbq pulled pork panini and a biscoff milkshake. Was absolutely delicious, will definitely be coming back!

Had ham n cheese toasties. Huge chocolate chip cookie and a coffee. Staff were quick- efficient and friendly. Toasties was lovely. Cookie was amazing

Nice little cafe, love the atmosphere.
Loved the raspberry cake and their coffee, too. Thank you! Keep going back, as these are two good reasons for me and seems that many locals have found theirs as well - sometimes it gets so busy....sitting not always available

The coffe lounge was great, i met a very old friend there and nobody tried to move us on even though they were busy and we had finished our very large coffees, which was lovely and they do decaf coffee. Staff were very friendly.

Startlingly civilized for little Lancing. Great coffee, excellent service and an inclusive feeling of community.
Outside seating, front and back. The area to the rear is still pleasant even if it rains,
They do a mean tuna sandwich to boot.

Always lovely coffee! We love stopping there for a coffee.
Rear terrace is a good asset to the place.
We would like some gluten free lunch options, as my husband is coeliac.

Great coffee. Really great coffee, and all at a reasonable price.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great. Not too loud but buzzing. The back garden looks excellent and would be a real positive in the summer. Or, if you prefer, you could sit outside the front in decent weather and watch the world pass you by.
The only downside is that the toilets could be a bit more inviting.

The most lovely little community coffee shop. Reasonable prices and the most friendly staff who are willing to do whatever they can for you! I don't think words will ever do this little shop justice, the atmosphere, the lovely relaxing homely environment, and endless smiles from all the staff.

Really love this coffee house, a cosy and relaxed feeling every time my husband and I visit, usually on a weekend! Staff are incredibly polite and attentive, the food and coffee etc is always very tasty. You do wait a little while for the food but that's because it's all prepared fresh on site but what you get is certainly worth waiting for. It's the only coffee place in Lancing I gravitate towards because it is so consistently good.
