Last minute decision for lunch. Lovely lady on the door who checked us in on her phone so we didn’t have to wait too long to sit down. Served by Tammy who was friendly, helpful and always around when we needed her.

A reasonable lunch was had for our grandson's first birthday. It was very good service. The only thing not 100 % was the brownie very dry

Myself and a friend took my little boy here for dinner. The staff are so welcoming. We were served by a lovely waitress called Becky. She was so kind and put us at ease around my son being a bit messy. A guy called Luke came over as we were finishing eating and offered to get my sons pudding for us as he had finished his main- these little things really make the difference when eating out with children. Staff are always friendly and often know your name, a bit like Cheers, and the bar is a perfect place to relax or work on crosswords or sudokas. With the coffee machine out of order (no lattes), the lovely Paula, who I praised back in January, went the extra mile to offer the closest alternative, mixing filter coffee and hot milk from the kitchen. She really is a lovely, caring person. x

Very comfortable. Our seating area was quite warm so the waitress offered to put the aircon for us, which was great. Good drinks and food. Very good service.

Was met with cheerful smile. Was shown to our table and asked about suitability. As I am disabled and they advised me that they wanted me to be comfortable. We then ordered our drinks. And looked over the menu .
The lady went to help other customers and then came back a lil while later . And we ordered our meals . Nothing was too much trouble.

Came here for dinner after work and had such a lovely time! Our waitress Tara was absolutely amazing. She was so engaging and polite! Food was lush so thank you to Chris in the kitchen!

We have visited the restaurant on many occasions. My wife is Coeliac and they have always been very hands on with allergens and with The Glass Onion.
The food is always of a high standard and the staff helpful.
My only disappointment today was with my Ribeye steak I did not receive any chips.
