Friendly staff. Delicious chips, cooked perfectly crispy and Fluffy inside. Fish tastes fresh and lovely too. Best fish and chip shop in the area, hands down.

Stopped here for a quick Battered Sausage and chips and couldn't believe how good it was. Its a pretty small shop and parking isn't great but it's well worth the trouble of visiting if you can.
The chips were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The battered sausage was cooked just right with the batter being crispy but not too oily despite all of it being cooked fresh in front of me.
Highly recommended.

The Fish and chip shop is lovley.
Great Service, the cod and chips was delicious. How it was contained how ever was tricky to eat out of paper that was covered in grease, then falling apart in my hand. Would have been lovley in a disposable container while being wrapped in paper. And would be nice to have the option to pay by card or Cash.
And very ideal as it's 5 mins walk from the coast, still nice and hot to eat when we arrive on the beach.

I must be crazy I drive some distance just to buy fish and chips from Mr Chips, but you can always walk off the calories as Lancing beach is 5 minutes away.

Always wonderful, have a weekly 'oap' mini fish and chips at lunchtime for £5.50. Recommend.

Freshly cooked beautiful fish. Chips were perfectly crispy not greasy and not too much or little salt. Portions were perfect and hot. Good price for good quality fish and chips Definitely recommend eating here!

Love this fish and chip shop, would not go anywhere else. Chips are amazing. Food never swamped in grease. Always cooked freshly with lovely taste. Family run and very friendly. Would highly recommend
