If you are looking for cheap, great value but high quality food then this is the place to go. The breakfasts are amazing and the coffee is fantastic. I’ve had food here a few times now and it’s always excellent. Oh and then the cakes!
The staff are always really friendly and the 2 younger ones are more than a bit pleasing to the eye (hey, what can I say, I’m a man.).

We were round the corner having our motorbike serviced at Podges and he recommended this place. I've been past it a few times but thought it wasn't accessible to the public as it looks like it's on Paula Rosa site which it kind of is but there's a gate from the road and anyone can eat here.
Nice welcome by friendly staff, the interior is bright and clean, nice tables and a little soft chill corner with some arm chairs.
The coffee was really good, actually had a bit of bite to it, not the usual dishwasher from the big chain coffee houses.
I had a full English, which at £5.95 was good value these days as everything has shot up this past year. The sausage and the bacon we're really tasty.
We will definitely return.

Lovely , clean and friendly cafe serving a high quality breakfast. Nice environment , pity that there is homogenised global radio station playing rather than Regency Radio, Brighton's local radio station :-) but you can't have everything:-)

A wonderful resteraunt with great service and lovely food. I can definately recommend their Bubble and Squeak Breeakfast which is my favourite. They open at 06:30 so perfect for a pre-work breakfast.

We've had a couple of sandwich platters from Iago's for corporate meetings and they're fantastic. Good friendly service and great value for money. Would reccomend!
