Zambrero Launceston

Went there today for the first time the nachos were wonderful and the staff were fantastic. One small thing though the stools weren't for me I had to stand up and leave to have my drink as I couldn't take the stools much longer perhaps some regular chairs would be good. Although the couch looked comfortable I wasn't sure if I could eat sitting on the couch or if it was there for you to sit while you wait.

Been here more than a few times now. I don’t recall an incorrect order and only occasionally have a felt ever so slightly the meal was smaller than past visits or others stores. Overall they’ve been doing a great job. Definitely one of the fastest takeaways in Launceston and possibly the fastest Zambreros in the country. One of the few drive through ones, I’m yet to see another.

First time being here. Walked in and asked if I could place an order and received just a blank stare and no communication. Not sure if you can order in here or you have to do it online or by phone first? The girl at the counter, after saying hi, just stared blankly at me and didn't respond. I'm sure the food is great, unfortunately didn't get a chance to find out as I was made to feel I had done something wrong by asking to order.

Oh boy, it was a struggle finding an open Mexican eatery at quarter to four in the afternoon on the Frist Friday after the new year here at Launceston. But I can tell you without hesitation that Zambrero exceeded beyond expectations. The restaurant itself is very spacious and offers ample seating. The place was cooled to a comfy 20s which was perfect on the day we went. Service delivery by the staff was exceptional. Brittany fulfilled my order of Nachos professionally, carrying out my specifications while offering great suggestions of toppings and heating method. She was very personable and quick about things and before I knew it the order was all done and I pretty much scoffed the meal down. The ingredients were crisp and fresh. Loved the crunch of the tortilla chips and tomato salsa. Guacamole was fresh and the melted cheese delectable. One serving wasn't enough as I enjoyed my experience so much so I actually ordered an additional order of the very same bowl of Nachos. This time served by Curtis who was friendly, efficient and professional. Great service delivery and scoffed the second bowl down in minutes. If you want your tex mex craving sated and experience a Subway-level of customisation and ingredient freshness (actually think Zambrero is better) then look to further than Zambrero Launceston. You will not be disappointed.

very confusing experience. So I walked in on a normal Tuesday evening (7.30pm) and saw a staff inside of the counter. During the time I checked in with my app (checkin TAS), he didn't say hi or hello but just disppeared back to the kitchen. I noticed there is no food shown in the counter which is weird as they close at 8:30pm. I asked twice that "is there anyone here?" and "are you guys closing?" but no response from the kitchen, all I can hear is the washing/cooking? noise. So I went to the other store in the brisbane st, good food in general, bad service and experience in this store.
