As tourist visitors here didn't realise as sat nav takes you down what's supposed to be a one way road down hill there's a car park on right just before chip shop on left.advise telephone order in advance as gets busy especially Fridays...wish we'd shared fish supper as portions are really big...but we managed..chicken and chips was nice though not much meat..haddock was massive..too many chips but still well cooked ....recommended!

Very good chippy, very busy but with very fast service once the order was taken. You may have a long wait to get your order in but they're quite speedy. Food is amazing, fish was really good. Chips were good. Recommended.

We have been coming here for fish n chips for years, still amazing quality and good value for money. Portion sizes are still generous. We phone or order through so we don't have to wait too long but always cooked to order so we don't mind a short wait for fresh food.

My son and his girlfriend and myself purchased fish and chips from this establishment -- and I have to say the fish was big and top quality along with the chips -- yes if I am ever in this area again holidaying or passing through I shall call in again --there is a carpark opposite as the chip shop is on a hill the carpark is on a plateau with disabled parking and the entranced is ramped for access but yes the take away not eat in food shop does nice tasting food at reasonable prices👍👍

We had dinner from here on Friday whilst on holiday in the area, really lovely fish and chips was impressed, portions really large, we are big eaters but could of really just shared 1 large chips between 2 of us they was massive! Would highly recommend & will use again if we come back.

When on holiday it's usually hard to find a fish and chip shop thats as good as the one at home but not this time 👍
Francine's has great parking , the staff were fast and efficient but most of all the fish and chips were great , the Cod was big with nice batter and there were more than enough chips 👌
