Compared with other coffee places, Nero's best point is to provide help-yourself water jugs and glass cups. This is really useful.

Great service today from the staff in Nero.
Barista Trainees were in good form and the customer service from the Trainer was excellent.
Chains don’t always get the positive feedback so here you go.

Good place to hangout. Tried cappuccino and carrot cake. Loved the taste. Quite busy during weekends. Cozy and pet friendly place. Loved the vibe. Quick service. Accept cash or card. Must visit!!!!!

Nice and cosy place. It's quieter in the mornings and the tables upstairs are a pleasant place to chill. The staff are friendly. Coffee and cakes are what you'd expect from a Caffè Nero.

The vegan sandwich tasted really good. The place is not very big, especially if you want to work quietly. Less rush in the afternoons but otherwise it's mostly filled with people as it's on the main street. It has also got a restroom within it.

Great coffee (new Brazilian blend is good đź‘Ť) relaxed environment but service is terribly slow at peak periods.
Staff seem to be working their socks off (& stressed!) probably because they don't have enough people or space to deal with the rate of orders?

I spent most of a morning here a while back. I was reading a book that I wanted to finish, and thought it best to do this while enjoying Nero's lovely white chocolate mocha - an absolute favourite, and a good reason to keep coming back. I must've been there for at least 4 to 5 hours. I only bought the one drink, and used their facilities (toilets, power sockets, tables/seats) a lot. I was worried the staff might kick me out at some point, but I wasn't so much as shot a dirty look. Every time a staff member said something, it was just to ask if everything was okay, and a few friendly nods were exchanged.
Would definitely come back here on a rainy day with a book to read.

Caffe Nero is always a nice to visit. Tasty offers of coffee drinks and cakes and a nice atmosphere with relaxing photos on the walls. The teas are of high quality with bigger leaves so you can let them soak for a longer time and it'll just get tastier, compared to the store bought teas that get bitter if you leave it in for 10 seconds. This is a place I definitely will come back to.

Is situated on the corner of the street and that makes it perfect for having a coffee and enjoy the morning sun even in the winter. The first floor is painted light which makes the room bigger and provide sufficient light drawing for example. Ground floor is having a darker colour and is having a few range of tables and even big comfy leather chairs.

Plenty of seating - sit upstairs, or in the front window, for people watching on the busy parade outside. Sofas towards the back for comfier seating. Great coffee and service.

Great coffee and great staff. Love having a bit of banter with Alex and Lydia. And everyone else is always very friendly and happy to have a little chat while they prepare your drink
