The Asian lady who helped me was so kind and thoughtful. The hot chocolate and tea was good. The bakewell tart and Crunchie muffin I wouldn't buy again- disappointing. Nice vibe and good seating
Very good cafe with wide selection of items on the menu and great coffee. Staff are friendly and professional. Regular customer here for last year or so and would thoroughly recommend.
Plenty of seats are available in the cafe and just outside but inside the Priors. Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered two banana milkshakes and large cappuccino that came to just over £11
Bought some muffins. All delicious, great quality. Recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Only thing I wish, is that they weren’t in the priors and were dog friendly. Then I would have stayed for a coffee. But great food products
The cheese tomato toast was a bit dry, but the Mango-pineapple smoothie was delicious. Friendly staff. Nice for a short break. Self-service.
Staff were excellent ( young ladies who worked 11.30 shift on 23/02/23), food was brilliant but manager was rude and cutleries very dirty. However, upon complaint to one of the staff she came to apologise in all fairness to her. But not a good way to speak to customers especially when you have over

They were pushy and abrupt from the start, yelling at us to make our choice of drink before we ordered our food. Our 5-year old was quite scared tbf. The food was ok, warm not hot but it tasted nice. The drinks were totally wrong,

My partner and I popped in for two take away lattes Sunday afternoon. A shout out to the lady who served us didn't catch her name (blonde lady) she was so passionate about making our lattes just right and gave us fantastic service. Lattes were perfect and we will definitely come back!
I'm in love!! Staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They really take care of you here!
Refreshments are reasonably priced and you can tell that a lot of love and care go into the food and drinks.

I totally love this place. The staff are all really lovely. The coffee is good as is the food. Been coming here for quite a while and it's my first port of call.
