I think people are quite clicky about where they go for coffee and Nero, whenever possible is my choice of place. I find some of the other outlets (who shall remain nameless) coffee to be a tad weak which is not to be said for Neros. No extra shots needed unless you need to be wired for some reason lol!!!

The staff in here are always super friendly and smiley and they make a mean Flat White. Super comfy seats for whatever your day looks like. Great Nero!

I'm giving Nero's 5 stars because I think it's the best of the big national chains (I'd put Starbucks next and Costa last). I'm basing this mainly on the standard and variety of food, not on their coffee (as I'm not a great coffee drinker). The one I go to seems to be kept fairly clean (unlike some of their competitors).
Update: since writing the above, I have discovered that the branch I go to (Leamington Retail Park) allows dogs. This is brilliant! I know some people are nervous of dogs, but I have never seen a dog in a cafe, pub or restaurant behave badly. They just stay quietly by their owners.
