Not bad on price but no longer great on service and the new look is uninviting. It needed the coffee shop for warmth, atmosphere and yes, customers! Straight lines of tall crammed shelves don’t make it look cheaper, just make it look cheap.

Very good supermarket!! Quite smaller compared to other Waitrose & Partners stores. Staff are very friendly. The shop is very clean too. Would recommend to use. There is also a small car park too.

Small but has the basic essentials. I like the fact that they keep on top of food that's coming to the 'use by' expiration date. This ensures freshness. You are assured that you never accidentally buy food that's going off.
It was a clean and tidy, well stocked shop with a vast variety of produce.
Small, but very good shop, standard Waitrose quality, with professional staff. Even in a small shop like this they could manage to separate a little coffee bar which is a good idea to attract more customers to drop in from the street
