Great service, 1st time here, customer before having an unnecessarily bad attitude about an item they were waiting on to Ceecee (unsure of spelling, I'm sorry!). She handled great. From an ex-barista to another, we related and she was very kind and had a laugh. The joys of customer service eh?! Got a great person on your team :)

Lovely as always, in the past two years we have not been here so we saw new staff, all of them were lovely young people, the cappuccino and the two double espressos were amazing, cost £8.10 total and you can see the chocolate on the cappuccino :) so lovely, also can recommend this espresso as it was nice and strong!

Located within the Swan Shopping Centre. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff are friendly. Coffee quality and service are typical Costa fare. Nice place for a coffee/lunch break.

Just like any other Costa, the drinks and food are of the standard you'd expect. The service and atmosphere was nothing special, but nothing bad.

Visited today under not very happy circumstances. Molly served me and was so very kind. Great coffee, food and service with a smile and Molly really going the extra mile. Wonderful. Thankyou.

It was good and as expected, wish they did put just a tad more ice as it was quite a hot day. But very fast and kind service always go here for a coffee in Leatherhead.
