Called in with members of the Yorkshire Driving Club for a few beers, coffees and soft drinks. Good value. Interesting selection of whiskys available. Rare find in a country pub and restaurant. 12 yo Port Ellen 😋😋😋 but pricy ooofff. Apparently the Head Chef likes a wee dram.

A wonderful pub with glorious views of hills. We visited because a quick Google Search and gave it a punt, which was well worth it. We ordered a number of sharing plates, all of which were glorious. I couldn't resist saying thank you when someone from the kitchen walked past. Thank you for having us

Great little pub with good food and friendly atmosphere.

I have past this pub to and from work for quite a while and always said to my other half we need to go and we now have, fantastic atmosphere warm and friendly other customers Food looked great , bar staff brilliant and a laugh also.

Gorgeous traditional Yorkshire pub outside of York, close to Malton. We ordered the fillet steak and ham hock. Both came impeccably cooked with some really impressive sides. Great pub! Food was excellent, service was great, friendly patrons. Dog welcome. Prawn cocktail, pork belly was divine!! Apparently so is the black pudding, salmon and the steak! Highly recommend the Jolly Farmer Inn.

Celebrating a 70th birthday. Kirsty was very accommodating getting the party of 8 and 4 dogs all seated. Food was out of this world . So much so that we went back for Sunday lunch the next day which was equally as delicious 😋

We got recommended for fish an chips Friday from the lady from the local hotel were staying at.the pub is a proper country pub made very welcome from locals food was lovely
