First time here with the family | booked a table for Easter Sunday.
5:15pm. First impressions looked clean and tidy and relaxed which was great!
Went to the bar and ordered our food very polite staff.
Food didn’t take long to arrive, mixed grill, pie and chips and steak and chips for us!
Very nice indeed is what we thought!
Refillable drinks to which was nice.
Deserts where ordered after mains and they where nice too!
We then walked into the other side of the bar and played pool and had a drink.
Very cozy indeed!
Well done to all we will be back soon! Great customer service and friendly staff!!
Two of us visited the Tudor Rose at 6p.m. on a Thursday evening.
The bar area was very quiet at the time, but we were able to purchase food and soft drinks.
The service was very prompt and the waitress Lynne was very pleasant indeed. She was very helpful and had a great sense of humour.
Prices were about average for the type of establishment.
The large, free car park was very convenient.
We took the Grandsons for a treat. £4:99 for a 3 course meal for them! Great value especially when they made the ice cream a special one 😋they even put a flake in to make it amazing for them. The boys loved it...the staff were above and beyond with their great service 🥰
Went with family 14 in all celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and all the staff went above and beyond to help make our night special, the service was the very best that we have received from any other places we have been to as a large family, food was excellent and all came out together, can't thank you all enough, have not been in this place for over 30yrs but will definitely be back,, it's our go to place now
We were shown to a table, but had to order at the bar, which had only one person serving, causing several minutes wait. My first choice was not available. What food we did order came quickly and was good.
Lovely little place with a very nice carvery. They gained an extra star as they allow unlimited yorkies, which is a rarity these days. Staff super friendly.
Been to this place a few times now and always greeted with a happy smile and good manner. Food is really good in my opinion. Plenty of parking easy access.
Service was good, and food was typical of a brewers fayre. As the venue was fairly empty, it affected the atmosphere.
A bit take time if it's busy but nice food with good price and service.
Food was greasy more than normal so I only had starter but been here a few times and this was first time but I don't like microwave cheese poured all over along with grease so won't be ordering the smothered platter again its a shame coz its a beautiful place
