Date night
My partner and I went for dinner on a Wednesday night, the place was buzzing! We had arancini which was delicious but loved the soft shell crab and octopus. Great staff, friendly ambience and excellent food and service. Thank you.... we’ll be back again.
I try not to write anything about absolutely brand new restaurants, because opening a restaurant is hard, demanding, and things often go wrong, especially in the very early days. Fantastic dining experiences don’t just spring into being – getting a plate of food from kitchen to table is a very long and expensive journey, and it’s only fair to give a new place the time and space to get the logistics right.
The best restaurants in Leeds my and my partner have been several time and recommend it everyone and they always like it . The food is Italian tapas small sharing plates . Amazing decor and really good service
Great Italian "tapas" style dishes. Quality food cooked fresh and very tasty. Great choice on the menu to suit all tastes. Is slightly expensive but worth every penny. Knowledgeable staff who will guide you through the menu is you are unsure. Very good drinks selection. Would definitely return
A busy Thursday evening when we visited. The restaurant is bright and airy. Tables are nicely set.
Service is efficient if a little lacking in warmth.
Food was delicious. Overall a decent experience.
Absolutely stunning food, excellent range of drinks, and very good staff indeed. Don't let the idea of sharing plates put you off it works like a charm. I would definitely, and will be returning to the restaurant shortly as its such a treat.
Stunning food and excellent service. We thought we might need to order more as each dish was in relatively small portion. But we were actually full after having deserts.
My first visit to Zucco didn't disappoint. All the food was absolutely delicious and served by very friendly and attentive staff. On a very warm early October Saturday lumchtime they kept us well supplied with much needed ice cold water. We'll done Zucco!
Was once a hidden gem in Meanwood, now rightly well known as one of the best Italians in Leeds. Fantastic food, amazing service and a brilliant vibe about the place.
Excellent local restaurant, well established in Meanwood for around the last 10 years . Menu is very varied. Smallish (but not too small) sharing plates. Amazing dressings, cheeses, breads and all sorts of other things. Service is pretty good and the staff friendly and helpful. Wine list is extensive and there's a good range of beers including local stuff. Dessert was superb. Very good value for money in my humble opinion. I should go back much more often.
Lovely restaurant. Good food and love the Italian tapas style. Busy but still with great service! Recommend booking for peak evenings.
Lovely food, a nice restaurant and good service. We really enjoyed our lunch there, will certainly go again.
We went on a Wednesday evening
Restaurant was busy which made a very good atmosphere
Service excellent all staff attentive first time and the young lady that served us was so knowledgeable and friendly
The food was delicious you could tell it was all fresh
Water Refilled with us hardly noticing but the staff did
Clean plates and cutlery with each course if we required that
There were 3 of us and we shared all plates at the end we made a comment about the sauce left on the plates and we were offered bread when it came it was warm and no charge for it
We will definitely be back as next time we are leaving some room for the wonderful desserts
Well worth every penny
