Excellent restaurant for meat lovers.
From the first minute to last one we were well taken care of. Service is top notch, attentive, very friendly and proffesional.
After few minutes meat started to come and we feel like in heaven. All kind of meat were delicious, served medium to medium rare right on your table. It was coming so often on our desk we had to put red after few minutes as our plates was already full of meats. So no waiting for meat at all.
Hot side dishes were included in price and were excellent too. I would be satisfied with the sides even without meat, that's how good they've been.
Even the buffet itself was experience, I never saw such good quality food in buffet. We didn't know what to eat first.
It was an amazing experience for us and we definitely reccommend and we will be back.

Absolutely amazing, the meat was great quality and tasty, the sides were pretty good and the price £48 for unlimited good quality meat and sides with a buffet is just extremely good value for money. But what stands out is the friendly service and the great meat cuts. The lamb for me was a bit dry but its only preference their chicken was cooked to perfection and their wagyu sausages were amazing. Highly recommended

This place was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!
They cater for halal and have dedicated plates and servers.
Their meat is delicious
We went on a Saturday evening and the bill came to approximately £70pp including food, drinks and service charge. Definitely worth the expense for a nice occasion

Staff was very welcoming and the service was perfect food looked and tasted great and I think the price was really fair for 4 people.

The food here is brilliant. The vast amount of meat, cooked how you want it is more than enough to satisfy most people. However we also really enjoyed the extras like the salad bar and hot side dishes. Service is top notch and you are well looked after from the moment you arrive. A great experience!

Pretty great.
Fast service, friendly staff (Vitor was awesome) and loved the food. Particulary loved the quality of most of the food. A large variety of meats on offer and a range of quality. Quality goes from very high to high. So, you pay a lot, get a lot and the quality is almost always high. One or two items of meat were a bit too far on the chewy side.
My own irritation was with the service charge. It is clearly stated by the server that it is optional so if it is optional then why is it on the bill when presented? Have some decorum and suggest it at the time of paying rather than make the customers feel cheap if they want to reduce the service charge. We paid a £31 tip. This is not a lot for me but was a lot for some of my companions. Should we embarrass our companions by asking for it to be reduced for them?
Love the restaurant, love almost all the food, great service, nice location.
Car parking sucks as all of them are a walk away (mobility issues in our group). Drinks are unnecessarily expensive.
I would probably go back BUT for this cost per person I could go to a better reataurant like Home around the corner, so I'd suggest some careful consideration of pricing.

Got treated very well by all staff members, very polite and treat us abit like royalty 😅 And of course the food was amazing!
Just wish I had a bigger room in my stomach to eat more 😅
Halal options are great, I tried all the meats, even something new 'chicken's heart' so expanded my pallet than the usual stuff. There's plenty to choose from and the set up is fantastic, they give you a 'red plate' so the waiters know you only eat Halal food.
5/5 - Me and my Wife travelled from Sheffield and it was worth it 👍🏽

The first thing to note is that the meat is served medium rare. It's possible to have small pieces of medium to well, but they come from the very edges.
The honey pork was delicious and was cooked well.
Sides were also delicious
Salad selection was very good.
Service was quick, except for the bar service, but we were compensated.
The only thing I would say is that if you aren't a big eater, the cost is pricey, and in my own view would not be worth it.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Staff is fantastic especially Matthew who went the extra mile to ensure we have an excellent experience

Absolutely love it here, right from the start of walking through the door we were extremely well looked after. The staff are excellent, the food is delicious. We were a party of 4 that went for lunch my kids already want to go back. It’s not the cheapest place to eat for a family lunch but with the quality of the food, experience and service it’s definitely worth the money.

Fabulous place! Me and my family loved it here! Would highly recommend for family’s and date nights! The salad bar was best I have seen at such a place , however the slices of meat were not as big as elsewhere! Quite expensive, especially with cocktails on the menu like that! It’s easy to carried away! Overall really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return

Reserved via telephone. Answered phone quickly and politely. Greeted by well mannered and friendly staff. Given a presented table with cutlery and assortment of glasses. Waiting staff quickly made us a variety of drinks which was well received. Starters/sides perfectly timed with an amazing selection of meats rotated every few minutes. Staff all looked after us wonderfully. Table service was impeccable. Food was incredible, to die for actually. Meats superb and desert was scrumptious. Probably ties with the best food and service I’ve ever had…. EVER!

Had the best dining experience at fazenda! My husband and I rocked up without a reservation when it opened at lunchtime.
Front of house were extremely welcoming and took us to our table. Laura or Lauren (can’t remember her actual name, sorry) was our waitress, she explained the menu, how our dining experience would be.
So be polite and attentive. She asked if it was a special occasion & it was, (birthday)
She gave us time to look over the menu, wasn’t rushed at all! Took our drinks order then we were free to go for the buffet. Great selection of salad, cheeses, seafood & cutely jarred sauces/accompaniments. We were asked how we like our meat cooked, and as soon as we ordered our sides, (truffle fries, truffle cheese sauce, & a few more.)
The waiter came with different cuts of meat. Each meat was flavoured & cooked to perfection 👌🏽 there’s also a vegetarian option too. Once it was time to turn my card over to red (I was stuffed!) we weren’t rushed. Lunch settled, then asked if we’d like desert. I opted for a cocktail. There was no espresso martinis, but I was given their own version. It had tequila in it which you could only slightly taste & I’d say the rest was the smoothest espresso martini I’ve ever had! It was lovely! Then came a cute little cake with a candle in 😍 absolutely made my day! 😂
Thank you for making my birthday meal a lovely one!

Fazenda is always and will be our all-time favourite in Leeds. The service is incredible, the atmosphere is five stars, and the meats are heavenly good. Their cocktails are just divine and bring the dining experience to a whole new level. The waitress was very attentive. You will be spoiled for meat and side selections. Meats were grilled perfectly to our preferences and heavenly good. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Incredible food, great selection of meats and ‘market stall’ options available. It’s quite pricey but worth it as a rare treat, even if it’s just for the variety and volume of food on offer!

Absolutely amazing food, it is pricey but you do get a lot for your money. Staff were amazing, the restaurant is beautiful. Been here a few times over the years and I will keep coming back!

We went for my partners birthday and it was amazing, great service and great waiters who made it for us. Maybe even better than the Manchester branch 😉 will be coming back soon!

We took our children (4 years & 9 months) and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. My little girl got an ice cream souvenir to take home 🐮
Vitor was our server and he was so polite and friendly, we would definitely return.
Food was amazing as usual!

Great place to visit if you a meat lover. Different choices of meat and salad bar is brilliant. There is also a sides menu, which is also included in the price. If you wanted halal you will need to book or call in advance and they will have meat prepared for you. Cooking done separately. Will need a good size wallet and prices have gone up which is expected. Quality of food and service is brilliant.

They offer a buffet only option - Veg & Non Veg. We went there for our anniversary lunch on a Friday and we're thrilled to find the place buzzing with people . Since we don't take beef, our waiter ensured we had more than enough variety of lamb and chicken on our plates . The salad bar was fresh and bursting with flavours . Their dessert platter is to die for! Amicable staff, warm ambience and great food. Definitely a must go place when in Leeds !

Can highly recommend this restaurant, the food was fantastic, the waiters/staff were extremely attentive to the customers and very informative about the food and the process. Will certainly return again.

Excellent.

Excellent food & service. Ate in here as part of a friend party & from start to finish our experience here was fab. Couldn't recommend enough.

I love Brazilian Rodizio style and Fazenda didn't disappoint, it's a little pricey but it has an excellent selection. I definitely would return.

What to order: Rodizio - try the (chorizo?) sausages

When to go: Evenings, great atmosphere, but always very busy

What makes it unique: lovely setting by the river

Very good dining experience food is 100% good quality and the staff are very friendly will visit again and recommend.

It was an amazing place to eat,,,being Portuguese I really enjoyed the food.
Staff very welcome, great with big smile and always there.
5***** restaurant....highly recomend... :)

Wow! I could eat here every night. In fact, I have been three times in one week before now. Even without the plentiful supply of meats that are brought to you table, the buffet alone is well worth the money. It is not simply a salad buffet, as it even contains meats and fish. A great place to enjoy an alternative dining experience.

A Fun Dining Experience. Enjoyed a dinner with a group of friends here. The atmosphere was fun and the food was very good -lots of different meats cooked to perfection. The staff explained the concept and the service was friendly, efficient -and patient! Recommendable.

Beware - Service Charge. I was Very disappointed on my one & only visit to the Fazendea in Leeds. The food itself was over spiced, very salty & most cuts of meat were unbelievably dry & tough. I really was amazed at how poor the quality was, when you pay these prices you expect a little quality.
The killer for me was having paid the bill, my wife looked at the receipt & realized that a 10% service charge had been automatically added to the bill even though this was worded as a suggested charge. Having paid by card I was not asked if this was okay, nor was it pointed out. my fault maybe for not checking the bill closer but you don't like to study these things too deeply for the fear of looking a little tight. The service itself left a little to be desired too, I had to clear my own plates to another table after we had had our starters. Drinks too took too long to arrive.
A great shame for I had really looked forward to this evening out.

Great food & service. Don't listen to the dis satisfied customers, they were probably out for a freebie any how. some people do nothing but complain and guess what ? we've found some more, these people would be better of at mc donalds, they just don't know good food.

Awesome, awesome food. The meat was of such a high quality it was unreal. To say it was all you can eat for 25 quid as well, no complaints.

Meat Lovers Paradise!. This was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. I only have one word to describe my experience...AMAZING!

I had no idea what to expect from this restaurant. I have heard others talk about it but didn't take the time to look it up on the net - I wanted it to be a surprise.

I went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely brilliant. There was people at the bar enjoying drinks while the restaurant was pretty much at full capacity/

The servers were extremely polite and accomodating to our needs and they did a good job of explaining how the dinner works. The first part of the meal consisted of the salad bar which I thought was absolutely amazing. There was a good variety of salads, vegetables and cheese. Unfortunately, it was a bit busy so it wasn't that confortable to go around it.

The next part of the dinner consisted of the meat. What happens at this restaurant is each person has a coaster which is two sided - side 1 is red and side 2 is green. Once you flip the coaster to the green side it means you're ready for the meat. The part that amazed me is that the second I flipped the coasted, I was immediately approached by a server ready to drop meat into my plate...it was amazing.

You would think that the quality of meat at an "all you can eat" place would be lower than average but it was the opposite. Every piece of meat that I ate was excellent quality and cooked to perfection.

Overall, if you're hungry and craving an excellent meal, I recommend going to Fazenda.

Dissatisfied.. continued!. I absolutely agree with the other dissatisfied customer.
We went there for dinner on Saturday 8th January and did not find it an enjoyable experience.
The staff were not helpful , no explanation of the menu,we only had one menu between us and had to ask for another one.Our plates were taken away before we had finished, the card system did not work as we had to ask for our 'meat' course as we kept getting missed. I could go on but I wont bore you any longer. It most definately is NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. So to any couples out there who want a 'dining experience' this is not the restaurant for you unless you want to end up in an argument and spoil an evening out.

Great food, good atmosphere. This is not the sort of place I would normally go to, but it was in a quite location next to the River Aire, but right in the centre - not too far from the station - which was handy. The restaurant was lovely and warm, looked great and the staff were really welcoming. One of them explained how the card system worked and we went over to get some salad. What a choice! I could have just eaten that and forgotten about the servings of lamb and steak which were cut and dished out at our table. Top nosh and a good atmosphere. We wanted something substantial and a place we would have a chat over good food. We got a booth, so it was private as well. Overall? It's a place I would recommend, especially if you like something a bit different. The location didn't feel like the city and I relaxed immediately.
Dissatisfied
Fazenda = total disaster in every way. This is quite possibly the worst eatery I have ever had the misfortune to come across.
This is an all you can eat disguised as a proper south American steak house.
Upon our arrival nobody explained that this is a steakhouse with a difference. We we left bemused when our menu was brought and removed without an order being taken. After ten minutes of confusion we were told by a hapless waitress to help ourselves at the salad bar.

After some time some men came around with what looked like kebabs on skewers. Sometimes meat and sometimes pineapple. We were then offered 3 chips each and asked if this was enough. None of the food is served at the same time and you are expected to eat your food in 'shifts'.

Ultimately we complained, had to have an embarrassing argument with the monkey, the organ grinder and the organ grinders grinder. Result, paid something just to end the fiasco.

My advice? Never go there. If it is your bag go to an all you can eat for a fiver place. Cheaper and you know what you are letting yourself in for.

Do not be fooled in to thinking this is a 'proper' restaurant. If you want steak go to RIver Plate or Gaucho.

This is the worst dining experience of my life and the attitude of the staff and the manager made it so much worse. They thought it appropriate to laugh at our complaint and then begged us for money towards what we had before we realised what parallel universe we had entered.
Really Nice Food
.... I was not going to pass up a chance to eat at Fazenda. Opening up in 2011, Fazenda was one of the first hip, cool eateries around Granary Wharf which, with it being a stone throw away from the station is fast become the ‘go to’ area in leeds. When my Husband and I went to Mexico the first time we visited a Rodizio restaurant in Riviera Maya, although the food was amazing and not traditionally Mexican, what really made the night was the different characters of the Gaucho chefs who walk around temping you with succulent juicy slabs of meat. Fazenda website has a booking system, which I was a god send as most places in Leeds now seem not to take reservations, arrived were shown to our seats and the waiter explained the basic principles of the restaurant. Now if you ha

...enjoy the most gluttonous meat buffet you could dream up. All for a fixed price of £25 . Though I wouldn’t recommend wasting precious stomach space on too much of their gourmet salad bar (which – strangely – includes hot fish dishes and sushi), the smoked salmon, 18-month matured grana padano , beef with onion marmalade and 12-month matured parma ham are all worthy highlights. When you return to your table, the real show begins. Using a cardboard disc (green on one side, red on the other) you are able to flip it over to welcome skewer-yielding waiters to you

One piece of meat on your plate at a time doesn’t lend itself to photography! Last time I was in Leeds (back in 2012) my mate, Jenny, and I had the idea that we would head to Fazenda. I’d heard some good things about it and as Jenny loves meat (veggies not so much) it seemed like a really good option for us. Unfortunately, on that occasion we left booking until 2pm on the Saturday that we wanted to go … You can imagine how THAT ended! This time round we were a lot more organised. Jenny booked well in advance for our 5:30pm sitting (the idea was to take the small eating machine with us), we were assured we had a lovely table … and then a dose of reality kicked in and I realised that there was no way the jet lagged small child was going to stay awake (and peaceable) for even the earliest of dinners. This meant that Jenny and I were dining solo and insanely early. However, because Fazenda is in Granary Wharf it means that there is a reasonable post work trade so even early sitters like me won’t feel like they are rattling around an empty restaurant. Fazenda is a ro
