A lovely place. Quiet at 11 when we went in but got steadily busier. Ordered 2 afternoon teas and a kiddies one and these were lovely. My friend is intolerant to gluten and so needed gluten free. She was very happy with the choices and could even have the sandwiches as they had gluten free bread! It isn't often we find a place where we can both order the same! She also had a choice of 2 very interesting cakes! Decor is lovely, the vintage tea sets are beautiful and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back here again!
Visited this little gem last wed 1st Aug afternoon awaiting the matinee at the grande. The staff were very professional and quick the sandwiches and scones were lovely and the tea was Yorkshire tea would highly recommend a visit if you go to Leeds.
My daughter treated me to a vegetarian afternoon tea here for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances my daughter was running very late and the lady working there (sorry I didn’t get your name) could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend the food, the atmosphere and the fantastic service.

The idea was to try their afternoon tea but we were not very hungry so ordered only a scone and drinks 😅
🤩 The scone was so good! You could taste their freshness! Good quality clothed cream makes also a huge difference.

🍵 They have many teas available so it was hard to pick one! But we were pleased with the one we picked because it was full of flavour.
🥛 We didn't like the milkshake, it was too liquid and didn't have that much flavour, but we could feel the kinder Bueno! Anyway, this is a tea room why did we order a milkshake? Clearly our fault 😂
💗 The cakes on the counter looked really good! Loved the miss-match teapots and saucers, tablecloths, and throws!

Absolutely stunning! What a lovely place to go to have a afternoon tea with friends! Fab staff, they are all extremely welcoming and cute. A variety of tea, foods and desserts - very decent, all good selection with good price! The decoration is beautiful. Every time when they are working they will also put some tables outside of the shop and carefully decorate them! It makes you feel like you are loved by the staff and deeply attracted by their artwork!
A fantastic little vintage café for afternoon tea. The scones were delightful and made on site. The staff are so supportive and helpful and the calmness of the place was wonderful. A great place to go with a friend and have a nice lunch or afternoon tea and talk.
Have been meaning to come here for ages and now I'm kicking myself for not coming and eating their amazing scones earlier! Everything top quality and made with love. The scones were literally the best we've ever had and the sandwiches were delicious. We loved the tea selection too. We are fans of afternoon tea and have tried many places but for all round taste, quality and décor, this place comes out on top. Staff really sweet too. Loved it, recommend and will definitely be back...soon!

A number of us went for afternoon tea as a treat.
The place is small(suggest booking in advance)but takes you back in time with all the retro and vintage decor, right down to the knives and forks, tea pots with tea cosy's :-)
The choice of drinks and afternoon teas is great as well as other menu items, and the venue located in a single covered shopping avenue is superb. Many independent shops in this arcade which is lovely.
Staff are helpful and friendly and food was served quickly.
This is where I would have given 5stars all be it that the amount we got seemed not to meet the pricing. Worked out at 4 very small sandwiches each, a scone and a cake, plus tea (good selection of). Been to lots of venues for afternoon tea and for similar price, and have always needed a 'doggy bag' to take away, but not here, infact a few of us went to eat afterwards as just didn't seem sufficient.
Sorry it was the collective view of our party.
Not a criticism of the staff, owners or the food quality as this was all amazing..just the quantity.
Would certainly recommend, however not sure we will return as such.
Well worth booking and I am a big fan of independent small business so hope it continues to grow and develop, as the owners are certainly enthusiastic.

We had a lovely Afternoon Tea before our visit to the theatre yesterday. We really enjoyed it. The sandwiches were made to order and it was all fresh, served with an ample pot of tea. We thought it was good value for money. The crocheted knee blankets & hot water bottles were welcomed on a very cold day. Thank you.
