Visited here to try 'the best Sunday roast in Britain' and have to say that I wasn't disappointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, service was very swift and the food was delicious. The only very tiny gripes - it is pretty expensive and the service charge was automatically included. The plate for my starter was way too big (see picture) and the main could have been a little hotter for me. Although my girlfriend felt it was hot enough, so probably just me. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I and my girlfriend went for our first Valentine's Day date at the restaurant. It was a very good experience. The waitresses were very pleasant, the atmosphere was great and the food was very delicious. We had a seven course Valentine's Day menu, Some people would say the portions were on the small side, we did not feel full at the end of the meal but just right. Perhaps depends on if you are a big eater or not. Overall, I'd recommend to go if you'd like to try something different.

What a great place. The surroundings are comfortable and the food is second to none. Great friendly service. After our beautifully cooked and well presented starters and main which we all shared and enjoyed we were able to sit outside in the sun. We enjoyed our deserts and a bottle of wine in the comfortable outdoor seating area. Can't wait for next time
